CIENCIA Y DEPORTE. Journal attached to the Faculty of Physical Culture of the University of Camagüey "Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz", of Open Access and Evaluated by Peers-On-line version ISSN 2223-1773.

Its main mission is to stimulate, disseminate and develop original scientific knowledge in the sciences of physical culture and sports, through the publication of original articles based on the execution of research by teachers, coaches and researchers who make significant and innovative contributions; wishing that those who come to this publication find scientific solidity and informative accessibility through a pleasant language that allows the exchange between the scientific community of Cuba and the world. The magazine has a quarterly periodicity, appearing three times a year (January, May and September).

Its vision is to achieve visibility and informative coverage in the dissemination of scientific results, which allow projection as a reference magazine in the field of applied sciences, Physical Education, Sports, Recreation and Physical Culture in general.

The publication language of this journal is Spanish and it will also have a title and abstract in English and Portuguese in each article. His articles are edited in HTML and PDF formats for easy access and download. The magazine has been published uninterruptedly since 2016 with a biannual frequency and from 2021 it appears with a quarterly frequency.
