Basic Information

CENIC Biological Sciences Magazine is published by the National Center for Scientific Research. It is a recognized and referencing journal with international visibility in the field of Biological Sciences. It contains topics related to the different areas of biological sciences: toxicology, pharmacology, neurosciences, immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, microbiology and the environment. The journal has been issued since 1969 and only online later in 2010. It offers open access to its contents. It has a quarterly frequency: from January to April; from May to August and from September to December.

The abbreviation of the journal´s title is Rev. CENIC. Cien. Biol, which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, legends and bibliographical references
