Scientific Journal with blind refereeing system by academic peers, specialized in Computer Science and Informatics. It is published by the University of Information Sciences quarterly basis. Its contents are distributed free of charge according to the philosophy of the Open Access Movement to Information.

The University of Informatics Sciences publishes the contents of the Journal of Computer Science under Creative Commons License  of Noncommercial Attribution with No Derivative Works. It self allows copying and distribution by any means as long as it keeps the recognition of their authors, does not make commercial use of the contents and does not change it.
