The training for the improvement of the professional acting of the specialists in administration of the Human Resources of the Managerial Organizations

El presente artículo pretende fundamentar el proceso de capacitación de especialistas en gestión de los Recursos Humanos para el mejoramiento de su desempeño profesional en las Organizaciones Empresariales en Pinar del Río. Como proceso de carácter formativo, permanente, sistémico, flexible y contextualizado, en aras de elevar la apropiación de conocimientos, habilidades y valores de estos especialistas que le permitan ser más competitivos profesionalmente. Se revelan referentes teóricos importantes desde la consulta valorativa de bibliografía relacionada con el contexto histórico social actual de la capacitación.

The present article seeks to base the process of specialists' training in administration of the Human resources for the improvement of its professional acting in the Managerial Organizations in Pinegrove of the River. As process of formative, permanent, systemic, flexible character and contextualized, for the sake of the appropriation of knowledge, abilities and these specialists' values that, allow him professionally to be more competitive rising. They are revealed relating theoretical important from the consultation bibliography valorativa related with the current social historical context of the training.

Methodological strategy for the development of the ability to calculate in junior high school students

La estrategia que se propone tiene como fincontribuiral desarrollo de las habilidades de cálculo en los estudiantes, a partir de constituir ésta una problemática detectada en el desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizajeen los últimos cinco años. Esta se aplica a través de la ejecución del sistema de trabajo metodológico de la escuela. Esta estrategia permitirá proponer al estudiante un procedimiento generalizadorpararesolver cualquier tipo de cálculo.

The strategy that it is proposed has as end to contribute to the development of the calculation abilities in the students, as of constituting this a problematic detected in the development of the process of learning teaching in the last ones five years. A pedagogical research about professional vocational pedagogic with multifactorial approach

El artículo forma parte de los resultados científicos de un proyecto institucional que aborda la Orientación Profesional Pedagógica en la provincia cubana de Sancti Spíritus. Se toman como referentes algunas concepciones acerca de la orientación profesional y se define la Orientación Profesional Pedagógica, constructo que queda operacionalizado y validado. Se exponen los resultados un estudio sobre el nivel de desarrollo de la Orientación Profesional Pedagógica de carácter multifactorial.

This article is part of the scientific results of an institutional project that dealsabout pedagogical professional orientation in the Cuban province of Sancti Spíritus. Some conception about professional orientation are taken as references, and it is defined a construct and the main empiric contrastable parameters were defined. This construct was validated by expert criteria. The main results of the application study about the level of pedagogical professional orientation is exposed.

El presente artículo ofrece una sistematización de las definiciones dadas al concepto de Artes plásticas por diferentes teóricos y un estudio histórico-lógico del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las artes plásticas para la apreciación de la arquitectura en el segundo ciclo, en el cual se demuestra que este ha sido una insuficiencia y/o limitante en la Educación Primaria para la formación integral de los escolares; pues la apreciación de la arquitectura, como parte de las manifestaciones de las artes plásticas, ofrece las potencialidades idóneas para fomentar el gusto estético y el fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural el análisis documental realizado a los diferentes documentos del currículo de la Educación Primaria entre los cuales se citan: las resoluciones ministeriales, programas del Plan de Estudio, parrilla televisiva, software educativos, orientaciones metodológicas del currículo de la Educación Primaria, preparaciones metodológicas, corroboran esta problemática.

Teaching Mathematics I in programming environments: a proposal for the development of specific math skills in the first year of the initial formation of the career of Informatics, University of Pinar del Rio

Dada la necesidad de una integración entre las habilidades matemáticas básicas, y las habilidades profesionales a desarrollar en los futuros egresados de las carreras de informática en la Universidad de Pinar del Río, se desarrolló una enseñanza del cálculo diferencial e integral de funciones reales de una variable apoyado en la programación en el asistente Mathematica, donde el marco teórico de esta investigación está basado en el enfoque Histórico Cultural de Lev. S. Vigostky, fundamentalmente el trabajo con la zona de desarrollo próximo. La metodología aplicada consistió en la construcción de conceptos y modelos matemáticos fundamentales pasando por las etapas gráfica, numérica y analítica, etapas fundamentales en el logro de las habilidades matemáticas básicas para el aprendizaje.

En las familias cubanas y sus hijos, existen criterios estereotipados acerca de las profesiones y la vocación, que no tienen fundamento científico, pero llegan al joven, que los puede asumir y convertirlos en obstáculos para su selección y formación profesional. En el presente trabajo, se argumenta una concepción dinámica y flexible para la contribución del centro politécnico en el desarrollo eficiente del proceso de influencias de la familia, desde la orientación profesional, en la formación profesional de los estudiantes de la Educación Técnica y Profesional. La concepción se sustenta, en la dialéctica materialista, en la escuela socio-histórico-cultural de Vigotsky, y en los adelantos de la Pedagogía de la Educación Técnica y Profesional. La misma, responde a una necesidad de la práctica educativa cuya complejidad merece el análisis desde diferentes campos investigativos.

El proceso de integración que se requiere entre las universidades y la comunidad resulta un reto para las instituciones educativas y sobre esta dificultad se han erigido diversas alternativas para contribuir a mejorar la calidad de vida de sus pobladores. Desde esta perspectiva, el artículo que se presenta tiene como objetivo presentar una metodología para la evaluación del impacto social de los Proyectos Socio Integradores de la carrera de Administración en una institución de Educación Superior venezolana. Para alcanzar tal propósito se realiza un diagnóstico de la gestión de estos proyectos, aplicando diversos métodos y técnicas en las que se demuestra la necesidad de la evaluación del impacto social en la comunidad seleccionada. La estructura de la metodología es: criterios, objetivo, cliente y fases; además se aplica un sistema de indicaciones para evaluar los resultados, el cual resulta una herramienta imprescindible en la medición del impacto.

En la actualidad, se presenta la necesidad social de atender las dificultades mostradas en la formación inicial por los estudiantes de la carrera de Biología-Química. La solución a esta problemática se plantea en el presente trabajo a partir de la aplicación de un sistema de acciones que posibiliten la realización de tareas docentes interdisciplinarias que fomenten el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, por lo que el objetivo es elaborar una estrategia para el desarrollo de tareas docentes interdisciplinarias que contribuya al desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los estudiantes de primer y segundo año de la carrera de Biología-Química de la Universidad Hermanos Saiz Montes De Oca, y a la formación del futuro profesional.
