Al mismo tiempo que incluye modelos de colaboración basados en las necesidades de docentes y estudiantes. El objetivo de este artículo es identificar iniciativas que contribuyan a la adopción y uso de recursos educativos abiertos en las Instituciones de Educación Superior de Cuba. El trabajo se basa en una investigación documental, que tiene en cuenta la adopción y uso de estos recursos en Educación Superior a nivel internacional. Como conclusión, se hace un análisis de los retos que deben enfrentar las universidades para favorecer el uso de recursos educativos abiertos por los docentes en el contexto universitario de Cuba.<hr/>The initiatives for accepting and using open educational resources in higher education institutions are planned based on the creation of adequate settings for accessing information and the sustainable development of quality learning resources. At the same time, it includes collaboration models based on the necessities of teachers and students. The objective of this article is to identify initiatives that contribute to accepting and using open educational resources in higher education institutions in Cuba. The work is basically a documentary research, which takes into account the acceptance and use of these resources in higher education internationally.
