Félix Varela: independentismo, republicanismo and the society like pedagogic project

RESUMEN Cumplido el primer cuarto del siglo xix, Félix Varela ya tenía claridad en relación con tres tareas sociales de gran significación para la patria cubana: primera, la fundamentación de razones para aspirar a la independencia; segunda, la constitución de Cuba como nación republicana cuya distinción fuese el discernimiento desde la razón y, tercera -emanada de la segunda-, la elevación altruista de la instrucción académica y la educación del cubano con el objetivo final de crear un ciudadano virtuoso, esto es, honorable y digno. Esos tres propósitos se hallan planteados en el periodismo y el ensayo independentistas de Félix Varela sobre un tapiz denominado eticidad.

ABSTRACT According to Félix Varela, at the end of first quarter Nineteen Century, Cuban society needed three social missions. First: Sustainable reasons to get a Cuba independent of Spain. Second: To create a country as a republican nation with a particular distinction: rationality such as a modern country. Third: As a result of the second, to raise, academically, instruction and education to obtain honorable and dignified citizens. These three purposes are located at the Félix Varela´s journalism and essays focus on Cuban independence. Finally, ethic is the real framework to understand Varela´s legacy.

Point general of the Cuban bibliography in the xx century (1899-1970)

RESUMEN En este artículo se realiza una mirada a la bibliografía cubana en el siglo xx permitiendo conocer el caudal cultural acumulado, el estudio de la producción cultural, la historia heroica del pueblo cubano, los grandes historiadores cubanos y latinoamericanos de la época, de habla hispana.

Methodological alternative directed to the educational ones for school with limitations physique-motorboats that present delay of the language

RESUMEN La atención de las personas con limitaciones físico-motoras a partir de las nuevas condiciones de desarrollo económico y social que estableció la Revolución Cubana incluyó diferentes modalidades. Es por ello, que como parte de un programa de construcción de centros educativos se crea la Escuela Especial Solidaridad con Panamá, que ha venido desarrollando un importante encargo social altamente valorado dentro y fuera de Cuba. Promover la utilización de la computadora en esta escuela como herramienta tecnológica con una finalidad esencialmente pedagógica contribuye al mejoramiento de la calidad de la educación que permite a los escolares entender el mundo en que viven, adaptarse activamente a la sociedad y conscientes de que el conocimiento es una herramienta fundamental para el cambio y la transformación social; así como para el desarrollo del trabajo correctivo-compensatorio de las disímiles patologías del lenguaje que estos escolares pueden presentar. Este trabajo es el resultado de la tesis presentada en opción al título académico de Máster en Ciencias de la Educación. En este se aborda una temática de gran interés para los docentes. Para ello se realizó un estudio de las particularidades del lenguaje de un grupo de escolares con limitaciones físico-motoras que presentan retraso de lenguaje con el objetivo de proponer una alternativa metodológica dirigida al docente para el desarrollo del lenguaje de estos escolares a partir de la utilización del software educativo de la colección Multisaber. Incluye un análisis metodológico y sistema de tareas con este fin.

ABSTRACT The attention of people with limitations physique-motorboats starting from the new conditions of economic and social development that it established the Cuban Revolution included different modalities. It is for it that like part of a program of construction of educational centers is believed the School Special Solidarity with Panama that has come developing an important social responsibility highly valued inside and outside of Cuba. To promote the use of the computer in this school like technological tool with an essentially pedagogic purpose contributes to the improvement of the quality of the education that allows the scholars to understand the world in that they live, to adapt actively to the society and aware that the knowledge is a fundamental tool for the change and the social transformation; as well as for the development of the work corrective-compensatory of the dissimilar pathologies of the level language that these scholars can present. This work is the result of the thesis presented in option to the academic title of Master in Sciences of the author's Education. In him a thematic of great interest is approached for the educational ones. For they was carried out it a study of the particularities of the language of a group of school with limitations physique-motorboats that present Delay of Language with the objective of: to propose a methodological alternative directed to the educational one for the development of the language of these scholars starting from the use of the educational software of the collection Multisaber. It includes a methodological analysis and system of tasks with this end.

The family: I par excellence space for the family education

RESUMEN La problemática de la educación familiar constituye un tema polémico en el ámbito investigativo, tanto en el contexto cubano, como en el colombiano por la pertinencia e importancia de la temática, en cuestión para dar respuesta a las necesidades que tiene este grupo social y su articulación con las demandas que plantea la época contemporánea. De ahí que las estudiosas se han adentrado en un tema complejo, que tributa a la formación de las nuevas generaciones con independencia del contexto social imperante.

The developmen of autonomy in motivation for the study in Education License Spanish-Lliterature

RESUMEN En la actualidad, para la mayoría de los estudiantes que cursan estudios en la carrera de Licenciatura en Educación Español-Literatura, el estudio no constituye un motivo social poderoso para la construcción de sus proyectos de vida, en tanto manifiestan una motivación débil y puramente adaptativa hacia él, de ahí que el artículo aborda una temática actual de gran importancia social, relacionada con la necesidad de empleo de todas las formas de estimulación que promuevan el desarrollo de una motivación autónoma hacia el estudio , ante el reto que constituye la formación de un profesional innovador, sensible y creativo, poseedor de suficiente cultura lingüístico-literaria y pedagógica para desempeñarse en el eslabón de base con un alto compromiso social.

ABSTRACT At the present time for most of the students that study studies in the career Licentiate in Education Spanish-literature, the study doesn't constitute a powerful social reason for the construction of its projects of life, as long as they manifest a weak motivation and purely adaptable toward him, with the result that the article approaches a thematic one current of great social importance, related with the necessity of employment in all the stimulation ways that you/they promote the development of an autonomous motivation toward the study, before the challenge that constitutes the formation of an innovative, sensitive and creative professional, possessor of enough linguistic-literary and pedagogic culture to act in the base link with a high social commitment.

The relationship between the literary competition and the pedagogic professional competitions in the field of professionals' of the education of the Career Spanish-Literature Formation

RESUMEN La competencia literaria del estudiante de la carrera Español-Literatura se desarrolla en el marco de su formación, en correspondencia con el desarrollo de las llamadas competencias profesionales. El objetivo de este artículo es ofrecer consideraciones acerca de la relación que se establece entre la competencia literaria y las competencias profesionales pedagógicas. Para ello se parte de las consideraciones llevadas a cabo por un grupo de investigadores acerca de las competencias profesionales pedagógicas, a partir de estos presupuestos se establece la relación entre estas competencias y la competencia literaria.

ABSTRACT The literary competition of the student of the career Spanish-literature is developed in the mark of its formation, in correspondence with the formation of the calls professional competitions. The historical thinking the initial professional a social need at San Alfonso University of Bogotá, Colombia

RESUMEN En el presente artículo se abordan las problemáticas asociadas a la necesidad del desarrollo del pensamiento histórico en la formación inicial del docente de filosofía en la Fundación Universitaria San Alfonso de Bogotá, Colombia, como herramienta que favorece la articulación del conocimiento histórico-social en perspectiva compleja e interdisciplinaria, y de esta manera poder pensar la sociedad como un todo en devenir de manera crítica y coherente. Por tanto, se hace necesario preparar en este campo al docente de Filosofía que se forma en esta institución educativa de Educación Superior, permitiendo con esto al futuro profesional pensarse así mismo, a la sociedad y a la humanidad de manera consciente y lo más importante, sentirse protagonista de su papel como sujeto constructor de historia.

ABSTRACT Presently article the problems associated to the necessity of the development of the historical thought are approached in the initial formation of the educational one of philosophy in the University Foundation San Alfonso from Bogotá, Colombia, as tool that favors the articulation of the historical-social knowledge in complex and interdisciplinary perspective, and this way, to be able to think the society like an everything of becoming in a critical and coherent way. Therefore, it becomes necessary he/she prepared in this field to the educational of philosophy that is formed in this educational institution of superior education, allowing with this to the professional future to be thought likewise, to the society and the humanity in a conscious way and the most important thing, to feel main character of their paper like building fellow of history.

Geographical Education and Environmental Education, a necessary binomial in the current world

RESUMEN La mayoría de los problemas del medio ambiente que afectan al planeta son, en ocasiones, resultado del desconocimiento e indiferencia para defender las necesidades de la sociedad, de sus recursos naturales y culturales. Existe un consenso universal acerca de que el crecimiento económico debe ser visto con una nueva óptica de justicia, equidad y oportunidad para las grandes mayorías y no solamente para algunos grupos privilegiados. Para ello se necesita de un comportamiento ambiental responsable y un cambio de mentalidad en los ciudadanos, lo que implica un mejor entendimiento de la interacción entre los procesos naturales, sociales y culturales, en los que se vea a los seres humanos como un componente del medio ambiente y no como centro del mismo. Este artículo pretende mostrar un acercamiento a la relación, educación geográfica y educación ambiental.

ABSTRACT Most of the problems of the environment that affect to the planet, are in occasions, result of the ignorance and indifference, to defend the necessities of the society, of their natural and cultural resources. An universal consent exists about that the economic growth should be seen with a new optics of justice, justness and opportunity, for the big majorities and not only for some privileged groups. For it, it is needed of a responsible environmental behavior and a change of mentality in the citizens, that which implies, a better understanding of the interaction among the natural, social and cultural processes, in those that is seen the human beings, as a component of the environment and not the center of the same one. The present article seeks to show an approach to the relationship, geographical education and environmental education.

A case study in a source of information: the degree theses

RESUMEN El estudio de caso que se presenta es a partir de una fuente de información que se considera la memoria histórica de la Pedagogía Cubana entre 1901 y 1958: las tesis de grado y tiene el objetivo de revelar las tendencias pedagógicas en Cuba desde el análisis de los términos escritos en los títulos de estas. Las tesis fuente de información devenida en producción científica de la Escuela de Pedagogía constituyeron el resultado del quehacer investigativo de los educadores cubanos durante la República Neocolonial en Cuba entre 1901 y 1958. La escuela de referencia fue creada por el Maestro Enrique José Varona en el curso escolar 1900-1901 para la formación de los educadores cubanos. El estudio de caso se emplea como una tipología de investigación aplicable a una fuente de información. Los resultados fundamentales del estudio de caso demostraron el carácter interdisciplinar de las ciencias con la integración de la bibliotecología, las ciencias de la información, la gramática, la lingüística y la estadística descriptiva para el estudio de una fuente de información que tributa a la Pedagogía Cubana.

ABSTRACT The case study that is presented is starting from a source of information that is considered the historical memory of the Cuban Pedagogy among the years 1901 and 1958: the degree theses and he/she has the objective of revealing the pedagogic tendencies in Cuba from the analysis of the terms written in the titles of these. The theses, source of information become in scientific production of the School of Pedagogy constituted the result of the investigative chore of the Cuban educators during the Republic Neocolonial in Cuba among the years 1901 and 1958. The reference school was created by the Teacher Enrique Male José in the school course 1900 - 1901 for the formation of the Cuban educators. The case study is used like typologies of applicable investigation to a source of information. The fundamental results of the case study demonstrated the character interdisciplinary of the sciences with the integration of the bibliotecology, the sciences of the information, the grammar, the linguistics and the descriptive statistic for the study of a source of information that pays to the Cuban Pedagogy.

The design in the educational institutions: actions to prepare the annual plan of activities

RESUMEN Actualmente las instituciones educativas necesitan perfeccionar su gestión, tanto interna como social, para participar activamente en el desarrollo próspero y sostenible de su país, de cara al año 2030 y, además, enfrentar grandes desafíos derivados del acelerado desarrollo científico-técnico y su rápida introducción en esferas productivas y de servicios, y de la agudización de las crisis ecológica, económica, política y social, que provocan grandes conflictos nacionales e internacionales. Todos los directivos comprenden y aceptan la importancia de priorizar la planificación, como algo esencial en busca de la excelencia; no obstante, persisten deficiencias en la aplicación de los procedimientos de planificación, por tanto, afectan la calidad de la planificación. En este trabajo se exponen algunas ideas y experiencias dirigidas a ofrecer sugerencias metodológicas y posibles acciones que pueden realizar los directivos y especialistas de las instituciones educativas en los diferentes niveles de dirección, que los orienten y ayuden en cómo proceder, en la práctica, para la elaboración del plan anual de actividades y su utilización como herramienta única de planificación anual para la elaboración de los planes de trabajo mensuales de cada nivel de dirección y de los planes de trabajo individuales de los jefes, cuadros, especialistas y profesores.

ABSTRACT Today, educational institutions need to improve their management, both internal and social, to participate actively in the prosperous and sustainable development of their country, by the year 2030, and as well, confront great challenges arising from the accelerated scientific and technical development and its rapid introduction in productive and service spheres and the exacerbation of ecological, economic, political and social crises that cause great national and international conflicts. All managers understand and accept the importance of prioritizing planning as I eat essential for search of the excellency, but there are still deficiencies in the application of planning practices and therefore in the quality of planning. Interdisciplinary: integrating tasks in the formation of english teachers

RESUMEN Cuando se habla de formación del estudiante universitario, en particular del futuro egresado de carreras pedagógicas, se hace referencia a una educación integral. Se habla del desarrollo del estudiante desde una visión integral: la adquisición de conocimientos, el desarrollo de habilidades comunicativas y profesionales, su formación axiológica, la apropiación de modos de actuación, de manera tal que este se convierta en sujeto activo de su propio proceso de aprendizaje, y a la vez desde este se perfile como sujeto trasformador de su sociedad y su contexto profesional. Es objetivo de este trabajo delimitar sustentos teóricos y ejemplos de tareas integradoras para la formación de profesores de inglés, las cuales son el resultado de un acercamiento teórico-metodológico al tema relacionado con la investigación de maestría de uno de los autores y se derivan de materiales y folletos elaborados por los autores para la docencia.

ABSTRACT The formation of university students, particularly teachers-to-be, calls for an integral education. That is discussing then the students´ all-around development: the acquisition of knowledge, the development of communicative and professional abilities, a values formation, an adequate professional behavior; all of which prepare them as active agents of their own learning, and of the major social processes today, their professional context included. This paper aims at contributing both analytical theory and examples of integrating tasks within the pedagogical majors. These are the result of a theoretical and methodological approach to the topic related to a research work carried out by one of the authors in his master´s degree and are derived from materials and booklets elaborated by the authors for teaching.

RESUMEN El software educativo es una categoría muy empleada en los espacios de formación pues claramente se pueden observar las potencialidades que para la mediación de los procesos comunicativos propiciadores del aprendizaje ofrece. Hoy surgen múltiples categorías y denominaciones para tan importante herramienta, sin embargo, cada una de esas denominaciones tienen elementos idiográficos que los diferencian. El presente trabajo va dirigido a aportar detalles importantes del software educativo que lo identifican y diferencian de los recursos educativos, aunque esté contenido en este grupo de clasificación. Para esto se realiza una sistematización de estos conceptos aplicando métodos deductivos e inductivos, el análisis y la síntesis entre otros. Cómo resultado se obtiene una definición de software educativo que deja claramente expuesta cada una de las características por la cual se define de esta manera.

ABSTRACT Educational software is a category widely used in training spaces because clearly you can see the potential for mediation of communicative processes conducive to learning offers. Today there are multiple categories and denominations for such an important tool, however each of these denominations have idiographic elements that differentiate them. This work is aimed at providing important details of educational software that identify it and differentiate it from educational resources, even if it is contained in this classification group. For this, a systematization of these concepts is carried out applying deductive and inductive methods, analysis and synthesis among others. As a result, a definition of educational software is obtained that clearly exposes each one of the characteristics by which it is defined in this way.

Relate interdisciplinary of the promotion of the health in the educational context

RESUMEN El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal describir algunas de las relaciones existentes entre la promoción para la salud como disciplina rectora y otras importantes disciplinas, algunas de estas constituidas en ciencias evidentemente demostradas, así como la comunicación como vía principal de transmisión de objetivos a lograr, cuyo eje principal es el cuidado y preservación del estado de salud de niños, adolescentes y jóvenes en ambientes saludables. El análisis de los elementos pedagógicos que sustentan el trabajo de la higiene escolar, la promoción y educación para la salud en el ámbito escolar y las particularidades de su comportamiento en la escuela a partir de la integración de los sectores educación y salud, exige ganar en claridad sobre el sistema de conceptos y categorías fundamentales que se relacionan con la salud, la utilización de los métodos más modernos en el trabajo metodológico de la escuela para influir de manera más decisiva en la formación de la personalidad de las nuevas generaciones, así como en los métodos y formas de trabajo conjunto de los sectores salud y educación en el camino por lograr ciudadanos con estilos de vida saludables cada vez más sanos y la necesaria comunicación asertiva, como determinantes de salud favorecen la salud, el aprendizaje y la calidad de vida en el ámbito escolar y universitario, acompañados de un verdadero y consciente proceso de cooperación y comunicación, con el objetivo supremo de mejorar las condiciones de vida en los centros educacionales y convertirlos en promotores de la salud. ABSTRACT The present work has as main objective, to describe some of the existent relationships among the promotion for the health, like discipline rector and other important disciplines, some of them, constituted in evidently demonstrated sciences, as well as the communication, as via main of transmission of objectives to achieve whose main axis is the care and preservation of the state of adolescent and young children's health, in healthy atmospheres. RESUMEN El carácter multifacético y la diversidad temática de la obra martiana y las potencialidades instructivas y educativas que esta contiene, condicionan la necesidad y posibilidad de su utilización en el desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las diferentes disciplinas y asignaturas. Evidenciar, mediante ejemplos ilustrativos, el aprovechamiento de esas potencialidades en función de la formación martiana de las nuevas generaciones es el propósito esencial del presente trabajo, asociado al proyecto de investigación institucional que dirige el autor.

ABSTRACT The multifaceted character and the thematic diversity of the Martian work and the instructive and educational potentialities that it contains, condition the need and possibility of its use in the development of the teaching-learning process of the different disciplines and subjects. The productive activation of the teaching: evolution of the pedagogic thought

RESUMEN La activación productiva de la enseñanza ha sido una preocupación desde la Antigüedad. Antes del siglo xix apareció en el pensamiento pedagógico de varias personalidades, de forma explícita o implícita, la alusión al vínculo de la teoría y la práctica y de los contenidos con la vida, la necesidad de desarrollar la experimentación y la habilidad de observación, y de enseñar a investigar a los estudiantes; elementos que conducen a inferir que constituyen el germen de la utilización de la activación productiva de la enseñanza. En el presente trabajo se propone una sistematización de los momentos importantes en la evolución del pensamiento pedagógico de científicos, que hicieron valiosos aportes en la activación productiva de la enseñanza, que luego devino utilización del método investigativo, de la enseñanza problémica y del enfoque investigativo. Estos momentos son: activación productiva de la enseñanza en los siglos xvii, xviii y principios del xix, la escuela nueva, activación productiva de la enseñanza en el siglo xix y principios del xx, activación productiva de la enseñanza en Latinoamérica y, en específico, en Cuba; surgimiento de la enseñanza problémica e inicio del enfoque investigativo en la enseñanza.

ABSTRACT The productive activation of the teaching has been a concern from the Antiquity. Before the xix century he/she appeared in the pedagogic thought of several personalities, in an explicit or implicit way, the allusion to the bond of the theory and the practice and of the contents with the life, the necessity to develop the experimentation and the observation ability, and of teaching to investigate the students; elements that lead to infer that they constitute the germ of the use of the productive activation of the teaching. Presently work intends a systematizing the important moments in the evolution of the pedagogic thought of scientific that made valuable contributions in the productive activation of the teaching that then use of the investigative method became, of the problemics teaching and of the investigative focus. Environmental education for sustainable development in the teaching process of political culture

RESUMEN En el marco del perfeccionamiento del Sistema Nacional de Educación se ofrece, en este artículo, el resultado del trabajo de un grupo de investigadores de la Educación Ambiental en las Ciencias Pedagógicas específicamente el área de las humanidades. Se brindan fundamentos filosóficos, metodológicos y éticos que sustentan la Educación Ambiental en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la Cultura Política, con una concepción didáctica integradora, con una visión holística de su tratamiento, teniendo en cuenta el perfeccionamiento en los nuevos programas y el nuevo libro que se elabora. La trascendencia política, económica y social de la problemática impone el desafío de incorporar todos los saberes, para conservar nuestra soberanía, e identidad nacional. Los contenidos de la asignatura Cultura Política tiene muchas potencialidades para el tratamiento de la problemática ambiental, toda vez que incorporen un nuevo sentido del humanismo, a partir de sensibilizar al hombre de su responsabilidad en la interrelación Cultura-Medio Ambiente. El presente artículo pretende exponer fundamentos necesarios a la comunidad científica, al tiempo que brinda propuestas de solución para su puesta en práctica en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje de la Cultura Política aportando nodos cognitivos que constituyen saberes esenciales para entender la realidad de nuestro tiempo.

ABSTRACT Within the framework of the Improvement of the National System of Education, this article offers the results of the work of a group of researchers of Environmental Education in the Pedagogical Sciences specifically the area of the humanities. It provides philosophical, methodological and ethical foundations that support Environmental Education in the teaching process of Political Culture, with an integrative didactic conception, with a holistic view of its treatment, taking into account the improvement in the new programs and the new book that is made. The political, economic and social importance of the problematic imposes the challenge of incorporating all the knowledge, to preserve our sovereignty, and national identity. The contents of the course Political Culture has many potentialities for the treatment of environmental issues, as long as they incorporate a new sense of humanism, based on sensitizing man to his responsibility in the interrelationship between Culture and Environment. This article intends to expose necessary foundations to the scientific community, while offering proposals of solution for its implementation in the learning process of the Political Culture contributing cognitive nodes that constitute essential knowledge to understand the reality of our time.

RESUMEN La problemática ambiental del siglo xxi exige la atención priorizada de toda la sociedad, pues está en juego la supervivencia de la humanidad, razones que exigen un replanteo del proceso de educación ambiental que veníamos realizando, a partir de una minuciosa investigación en las actuales condiciones, en las que se proyecta el Perfeccionamiento del Sistema Nacional de Educación, para poder satisfacer las necesidades de una adecuada Educación Ambiental para el Desarrollo Sostenible, en todos los niveles de educación. Es por ello que se plantea la constitución de un equipo de investigadores para atender esta prioridad. El artículo que se presenta se elaboró en el marco del proyecto de investigación: “Perfeccionamiento de la Educación Ambiental para el Desarrollo Sostenible en el Sistema Nacional de Educación”. Comprende un análisis de la expresión de la dimensión ambiental en el currículo en la Educación Primaria, desde el análisis del modelo, los objetivos, los contenidos, el libro de texto y las orientaciones existentes, para llegar a las regularidades del diagnóstico del contenido ambiental del Currículo actuante, y determinar las potencialidades del mismo para abordar la problemática ambiental contemporánea. Ofrece, además, los objetivos por grados y el sistema de conocimientos propuestos para abordar la temática referida.

ABSTRACT The environmental problem of the 21st century requires the prioritized attention of whole society, because the survival of mankind is being staked on it, reasons that require a rethinking of the process of environmental education that we have been carrying out, based on a thorough investigation in the current conditions, in which the improvement of the National Education System is projected, in order to satisfy the needs of an adequate Environmental Education for Sustainable Development, for all levels of education. That is why it is proposed to set up a team of researchers to address this priority. The article presented was developed within the framework of the research project: “Improvement of Environmental Education for Sustainable Development in the National Education System”. It includes an analysis of the expression of the environmental dimension in the Primary Education curriculum, from the analysis of the model, the objectives, the contents, the textbook and some existing guidance, to reach the diagnosis regularities of the environmental content of the curriculum, and determine the potential of it to address contemporary environmental issues. It also offers the objectives by grades and the system of knowledge proposed to address the subject matter.

The teaching of the functions in Iran

RESUMEN En Irán en los últimos años a partir de las reformas educacionales en el país, la educación ha estado dirigida a favorecer el desarrollo integral del ser humano y tiene como objetivos formar hombres con valores, desarrollar la cultura, la inteligencia creativa y el compromiso con la sociedad sobre la base del estudio de las ciencias y formación de principios éticos. Para el logro de este propósito, se han aplicado reformas en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Matemática por el papel que juega en el conjunto de las diferentes ciencias particulares. En este proceso no ha estado ajeno el perfeccionamiento de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de las funciones por la aplicabilidad que tienen en el análisis de disímiles procesos y fenómenos de la naturaleza y la sociedad donde se ponen de manifiesto dependencias funcionales. Este artículo devela la importancia de la educación en el contexto iraní, así como las características fundamentales del sistema educativo en la República Islámica de Irán. Hace un recuento histórico sobre el desarrollo de la enseñanza de la matemática, donde se destacan los aportes realizados en esta ciencia por matemáticos y científicos iraníes. Se resalta la importancia del estudio de la matemática, así como una breve descripción de las características de la enseñanza de las matemáticas en preuniversitario en correspondencia con los diferentes perfiles y la utilización de los libros en este nivel de enseñanza. Además, se destaca la importancia de la Didáctica, se hace una breva caracterización de los componentes didácticos en el contexto iraní, así como del tratamiento del concepto de función desde la enseñanza primaria hasta la preuniversitaria y su aplicabilidad en otras ciencias y en la vida en general.

ABSTRACT Due to the educational changes in the country, the last years in Iran education has been focus on the development of the human being. The main objectives are to form values, to develop the culture, the creative intelligence, to make a compromise with the society through the study of sciences and the formation of the ethical principles. To achieve this purpose has been applied reforms in the Mathematics teaching -learning process, because of its role among the particular sciences. During the process has been taken in to consideration the improving of the teaching and learning of the functions for their use in the analysis of many process and natural phenomena, as well as in society where functional branches appear. This article shows the importance of education in the Iranian context, as well as the main characteristics of the educational system in The Islamic Republic of Iran. It also appears a historical approach about the development of the teaching of Mathematics and the contribution of Iranian scientists. It reveals the importance of the study of Mathematics and a brief description of the teaching of this science in high schools. The article finally shows the importance of Didactic, a characterization of its components and the treatment of the concept of function from primary to high school.

Attention to the family with people in a motor physical disability situation: current need in the colombian social context

RESUMEN En Colombia la familia es el núcleo fundamental en la sociedad, es un tema de estudio universal e interdisciplinario, por ser un agente educativo y de socialización del niño, por tanto, nada que le ocurra internamente o a su alrededor le es ajeno; al nacer un hijo con discapacidad físico motora, provoca un impacto psicosocial negativo y a la vez, genera incertidumbre sobre su futuro y el de la propia familia. Desde la orientación escolar, se vislumbra que la familia presenta dificultades en la aceptación de la discapacidad, en el manejo asertivo de la afectividad, las pautas de crianza, la capacidad de superar la adversidad, entre otros, por tanto, se destaca la gran relevancia de reflexionar como sociedad, ante la falta de políticas y acciones reales que proporcionen orientación integral a estas familias; por consiguiente, se presenta la urgencia de contar con un programa que les brinde herramientas adecuadas para enfrentar su nueva condición, saber cómo hacerlo y contar con el apoyo permanente de personal especializado en el tema, que le garantice aprovechar recursos psicológicos, emocionales, pedagógicos, familiares, espirituales, sociales, entre otros, para el fortalecimiento de su autoestima, el crecimiento integral y el bienestar de cada uno de sus miembros.

ABSTRACT In Colombian the family is the fundamental nucleus society, it is a subject of universal and interdisciplinary study, for being an educational and socializing agent of the child, therefore nothing that happens internally or around it is alien to it; at the birth of a child with physical motor disability, it causes a negative psychosocial impact and, at the same time, generates uncertainty about their future and that of their own family. From school guidance, it is seen that the family has difficulties in the acceptance of disability, in the assertive management of affectivity, the parenting patterns, the ability to overcome adversity, among others, therefore, highlights the great relevance to reflect as a society, in the absence of real policies and actions that provide comprehensive guidance to these families; As a result, there is an urgent need to have a permanent program that provides them with adequate tools to face their new condition, know how to do it and have the permanent support of specialized personnel in the subject, which guarantees psychological, emotional and pedagogical resources, family, spiritual, social, among others, to strengthen their self-esteem, the overall growth and well-being of each of its members.

Particularities of the penitentiary system in Colombia: history and reality

RESUMEN En Colombia se hacen enormes esfuerzos por buscar alternativas que permitan resolver los conflictos de una manera pacífica, superar la exclusión social, abrir nuevos espacios para la participación ciudadana, enfrentar los altos índices de corrupción y lograr relaciones más armoniosas en varios entornos sociales, especialmente en los establecimientos carcelarios donde se presentan innumerables problemas de hacinamiento, violación de derechos humanos, mala convivencia, situaciones que parecieran acentuarse a medida que pasa el tiempo. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar algunos antecedentes históricos del sistema penitenciario y reflexionar sobre la dura realidad que se vive en el interior de estos establecimientos en Colombia.

ABSTRACT In Colombia enormous efforts are done for looking for alternatives that allow to solve the conflicts of a pacific way, to overcome the social exclusion, to open new spaces for the civil participation, to face the high indexes of corruption and to achieve more harmonious relations in several social environments, especially in the prison establishments where they present innumerable problems of accumulation, violation of human rights, bad conviviality, situations that seemed to be accentuated as the time passes. The present work has as aim analyze some historical precedents of the penitentiary system and think about the hard reality that is lived inside these establishments in Colombia.

The education in values in the colombian educational context: a logical analysis from the history

RESUMEN La educación en valores humanos universales, constituye un propósito fundamental de la educación en cualquier país. La educación colombiana concibe la educación en valores como una necesidad, en un contexto social que necesita transformarse en un clima de paz y buena convivencia, donde la formación integral de la personalidad, es premisa y condición esencial. El presente trabajo forma parte de la investigación que se desarrolla con el propósito de brindar una alternativa de transformación, desde la profundización en el proceso de educación en valores, haciendo énfasis en las particularidades de la enseñanza básica-técnica colombiana y en la preparación que debe poseer el profesor, para que la actividad dirigida a la educación en valores, logre mejores resultados. Se asume como objetivo; reflexionar sobre algunos momentos de la historia de la educación colombiana que reflejan las dificultades que se han presentado en el proceso de educación en valores y la necesidad de lograr una mejor preparación de los profesores en la actividad con esta intencionalidad, en correspondencia con la necesidad de elevar la calidad de la educación colombiana.

ABSTRACT The education in universal human values, constitutes a fundamental purpose of the education in any country. The Colombian education conceives the education in values like a necessity, in a social context that needs to become a climate of peace and good coexistence, where the integral formation of the personality, is premise and essential condition. The present work is part of the investigation that is developed with the purpose of offering a transformation alternative, from the profundization in the education process in values, making emphasis in the particularities of the teaching Colombian basic-technique and in the preparation that the professor should possess, so that the activity directed to the education in values, achieves better results. It is assumed as objective; to meditate on some moments of the history of the Colombian education that reflect the difficulties that have been presented in the education process in values and the necessity of achieving a better preparation of the professors in the activity with this premeditation, in correspondence with the necessity of elevating the quality of the Colombian education.

The environmental education, a challenge for the professional's formation in Angola

RESUMEN La crisis ambiental actual que se presenta a nivel mundial y en especial en África, no solo exige que se tomen medidas urgentes dirigidas a revertir de inmediato la situación, sino que se modifiquen las prácticas cotidianas en que se manifiesta la relación de las instituciones y los actores sociales con la naturaleza. De ahí la imperiosa necesidad de elevar la Educación Ambiental de las nuevas generaciones. Es incuestionable que esa responsabilidad recae básicamente en la escuela, desde donde, de conjunto con la familia y los diferentes factores de la comunidad, se prepara a los ciudadanos de hoy y del futuro. Las universidades y en especial las angolanas a través de los procesos educativos pudieran constituir un elemento central en la esfera de la formación profesional con criterios ecológicos, amplios, multidisciplinarios. En ocasiones se observa una concepción mecanicista con un carácter muy utilitario en la formación universitaria, sin evaluar que en el despliegue de las cualidades y capacidades humanas los sujetos y sus acciones pueden ocasionar consecuencias irreparables para el medio ambiente. Este artículo presenta desde la perspectiva sociológica un análisis de la formación ambientalista que reciben los estudiantes de la Carrera de Geofísica de la Facultad de Ciencias en la Universidad Agostinho Neto, sacando a la luz las dificultades que se manifiestan para la transversalización del enfoque ambiental en la formación profesional de los egresados en esta área del conocimiento científico.

At times a mechanistic conception with a very utilitarian character in the university formation without evaluating is observed than in the display of attributes and human capabilities the subjects and his stock can cause irreparable outcome for the ambient midway. This article presents from the sociological perspective an analysis of the formation ambientalista that the students of Geofísica's Race of Ciencias's Faculty in the Universidad Agostinho Neto, bringing to light the difficulties that are shown at for the transversalization of environmental focus the technical training of the graduate in this area of scientific knowledge receive.

The cartographic means in the professional acting of the educational one of Integral General Medicine

RESUMEN La demanda social de médicos capaces de responder a múltiples tareas para lograr desempeños eficientes, requiere redimensionar su proceso formativo donde la inserción de la dimensión espacial, contribuirá al logro de este fin. El trabajo que se presenta, mediante un estudio exploratorio/descriptivo que empleó técnicas como entrevistas y observación al desempeño desde el trabajo con dos variables y 10 indicadores, posibilitó diagnosticar el desempeño profesional pedagógico de los docentes de Medicina General Integral de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina e identificar sus necesidades de aprendizaje para insertar el trabajo con medios cartográficos, especialmente el croquis de la comunidad, en sus clases. Las limitaciones identificadas están relacionadas con carencias en su proceso de formación inicial, desconocimiento de metodologías de trabajo con medios cartográficos, limitada preparación metodológica y ausencia de materiales de apoyo a la docencia. El diseño de estrategias de superación relacionadas con estos contenidos puede ser una vía que contribuya al mejoramiento del desempeño de los docentes

ABSTRACT The social demand of doctors able to respond to multiple tasks to achieve efficient actings, requires redimensionar its formative process where the insert of the space dimension, will contribute to the achievement of this end. The investigation that is presented, by means of a study exploratorio/descriptivo that used technical as interviews and observation to the acting from the one worked with two variables and 10 indicators, it facilitated to diagnose the pedagogic professional acting of the educational ones of Integral General Medicine of the Latin American School of Medicine and to identify their learning necessities to insert the work with cartographic means, especially the outline of the community, in their classes. The identified limitations are related with lacks in their process of initial formation, ignorance of work methodologies with means cartographic, limited methodological preparation and absence of support materials to the docencia. The design of superación strategies related with these contents can be a road that contributes to the improvement of the acting of the educational ones.
