Levels of relationships in the process of pedagogic professionalization

RESUMEN La observancia de la calidad con que transcurre la relación carrera-programa académico-formación investigativa-proyecto de investigación cátedra honorífica es atención prioritaria en el proceso de formación profesional pedagógica, en tanto es expresión del nivel que alcanza el desempeño profesional pedagógico y la calidad de la formación durante el proceso de profesionalización, en el que se ven inmersos todos los sujetos que participan. Este tipo de relación se contextualiza en cada espacio formativo; un elemento que lo dinamiza es el establecimiento de redes de trabajo a partir del lugar que ocupa el proyecto de investigación como núcleo de la actividad científica educacional. El plantear como objetivo, reflexionar sobre el lugar de la actividad científica educacional en el proceso de formación del profesional de la Educación Infantil y su impacto en el desempeño profesional pedagógico, a partir de la relación expresada, permite esclarecer la concepción para las acciones investigativas conjuntas de profesores y estudiantes, contenido a atender en dichas relaciones, resultados que se derivan y nuevos elementos a incluir que enriquecen el accionar. Se demuestra con la ejemplificación la posibilidad de desarrollo de la actividad científica en atención a estos niveles de relaciones en el proceso de profesionalización pedagógica.

ABSTRACT The observance of the quality whereupon passes the relation race-programs academic-investigation formation-project of investigation-honorary chair is high-priority attention in the process of pedagogical professional formation, in as much it is expression of the level that reaches the pedagogical professional performance and the quality of the formation during the professional process, in that are immersed all the subjects that participate. Raising like objective, reflecting on the place of the educational scientific activity in the process of formation of the professional of the Infantile Education and its impact in the pedagogical professional performance, from the expressed relation, allow to clarify the conception for the joint investigation nations of professors and students, content to take care of in these relations, results that derive and new elements to include that they enrich driving. The possibility of development of the scientific activity in attention at these levels of relations in the process of professional pedagogical is demonstrated with the example.

The superation like a necessity of the agent of the education in the inclusive educational attention in Angola

RESUMEN En el presente artículo la autora incursiona en la superación de cada agente en la atención educativa inclusiva como uno de los retos más significativos que hoy día se le plantea a la educación inclusiva y como desafío se debe encontrar alternativas para la superación profesional de los agentes, que se encuentren en servicio y que tengan dificultades de atender y aceptar el nuevo paradigma de la atención educativa inclusiva, para eso es necesario que tengan una sólida instrucción y educación, desarrollen capacidades que le permitan orientarse en las variadas categorías y modelos de enseñanza inclusiva que se requieren en la actualidad, las trasformaciones que se vienen operando en el sistema educativo angolano, para la atención educativa inclusiva tienen como finalidad garantizar que cada niño, joven y adulto, obtengan las mismas oportunidades educativas, no importa cuál sea su clase social, creencia o deficiencia, pero que tengan en mente que mientras sean ciudadanos de la patria Angolana, tienen derecho a la atención educativa que le garantice un desarrollo máximo de su personalidad, en correspondencia con sus reales y objetivas posibilidades, valorar la necesidad de aprendizaje de los cuatro pilares de la educación en la superación de los agente es el propósito.

ABSTRACT Presently article the author intrudes in each agent's superation in the inclusive educational attention as one of the most significant challenges that nowadays is outlined to the inclusive education and like challenge should be alternative for the professional superation of the agents that are in service and that they have difficulties of to assist and to accept the new paradigm of the inclusive educational attention, for that it is necessary that they have a solid instruction and education, develop capacities that allow him to be guided in the varied categories and models of inclusive teaching that are required at the present time, the transformations that are come operating in the system educational angolano, for the inclusive educational attention they have as purpose to guarantee that each boy, youth and adult, obtain the same educational opportunities, it doesn't care which it is their social class, belief or deficiency, but that they have in mind that while they are civic of the native Angolana, they are entitled to the educational attention that guarantees him a maximum development of their personality, in correspondence with their real and objective possibilities, to value the necessity of learning of the four pillars of the education in the agent's supertion is the purpose.

RESUMEN El presente trabajo aborda el papel del profesor de Historia en la transformación social, a partir de que este logre contribuir al desarrollo del pensamiento histórico y de la conciencia histórica de los estudiantes, dándoles las herramientas necesarias del conocimiento para que pueda enfrentar los problemas del mundo actual. El profesor de Historia debe ser un educador social, para que los estudiantes puedan desarrollar políticas sociales, las que deben ir en dirección de la justicia social. Por lo que debemos lograr que las clases hoy día, deben caracterizarse por la participación activa de todos sus miembros en el manejo y construcción de los conocimientos, que razonen de forma lógica y lleguen a sus propias conclusiones. Los estudiantes deben ser los autores principales de su propio aprendizaje y los profesores deben ser guías inteligentes y oportunos para motivar, orientar y ayudar a los estudiantes en el desarrollo de su aprendizaje, habilidades, actitudes y en la formación de los valores. En consecuencia el presente trabajo se propone como objetivo: valorar la importancia de la enseñanza de la Historia para la transformación social que contribuye a la formación integral del estudiante. Este proceso de transformación y modificación debe ser pleno y consciente. Por tanto, debemos repensar a toda la sociedad y generar una gran transformación, lo que se ajusta y complementa con la Historia, siendo una ciencia social que modifica y transforma la realidad.

ABSTRACT The present work approaches the professor's of History paper in the social transformation starting from that this it is able to contribute to the development of the historical thought and of the historical conscience of the students, giving them the necessary tools of the knowledge so that it can face the problems of the current world. The professor of History should be a social educator, so that the students can develop political social, those that should go in address of the social justice. For what we should achieve that the classes nowadays, they should be characterized by the active participation of all their members in the handling and construction of the knowledge that you/they reason in a logical way and reach their own conclusions. The students should be the main authors of their own learning and the professors should be intelligent and opportune guides to motivate, to guide and to help the students in the development of their learning, abilities, attitudes and in the formation of the values. In consequence the present work intends as objective: to value the importance of the teaching of the History for the social transformation that contributes to the student's integral formation. This transformation process and modification should be full and conscious. Therefore, we owe repensar to the whole society and to generate a great transformation, what is adjusted and it supplements with the History, being a social science that modifies and it transforms the reality.

RESUMEN El presente artículo da continuidad a las orientaciones para la enseñanza de la Historia, con la precisión de hechos históricos de nuestra Patria; que posibiliten la mayor preparación y el desarrollo de un enfoque profesional pedagógico en la docencia para la formación profesoral y su utilización en los programas de Historia de Cuba. La actuación de Fidel Castro, nuestro líder histórico, durante la Crisis de Octubre, a principios de la década del 60, es un modelo de actuación y fidelidad a sus principios, aspecto que junto con el hecho que no han ocupado en los estudios de pregrado y postgrado, un lugar esencial pues, en muchas ocasiones, solo se utiliza para argumentar la hostilidad de la política estadounidense contra nuestro país. Promovemos esa mirada interdisciplinaria y proponemos a los profesores un sistema de actividades que estimula el pensamiento y la reflexión en los estudiantes.

The communication and the human relations in the process of teaching learning

RESUMEN El presente documento es el resultado de la sistematización de algunos trabajos, artículos y documentos científicos, además de los trabajos doctorales de los autores, los cuales han sido propuestos en torno a la importancia que tiene la comunicación y las relaciones humanas, en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en busca de un desarrollo humano y profesional de los egresados. Se busca hacer un llamado de atención a los actores de estos procesos, para involucrar estos dos elementos como son la comunicación y las relaciones humanas, que se consideran de suma importancia, aunque se reconoce que no es fácil introducirlos en el proceso de formación de un estudiante, ya que deberán ser transversales y para ello se debe contar con la adecuada disposición y capacitación de los docentes considerados como la piedra angular en este proceso y sabiendo que esta puesta en escena implica cambios en la práctica docente.

ABSTRACT This paper is the result of the systematization of some articles, papers and scientific documents, in addition to the authors' doctoral dissertations which have been proposed around the importance of communication and human relations in the process of teaching - learning in search of a human and professional development of graduates. It seeks to warning the actors of these processes, to involve these two elements, communication and human relations, which are considered of utmost importance, even though it is recognized that it is not easy to introduce them in the student’s training process, since they must be transversal in that process and to achieve it the professors must have an proper willingness and training due to they are considered as the cornerstone in this process and knowing that this staging implies changes in teaching practice.

The Economic Society of Friends of the Country: contribution to the sociocultural progress

RESUMEN A finales del siglo XVIII, se funda la Sociedad Económica de Amigos del País de La Habana, institución social creada a petición de ilustres personalidades e intelectuales cubanos interesados en resolver los problemas y el atraso existente en Cuba. Desde sus inicios sus objetivos estuvieron dirigidos a fomentar el desarrollo económico y sociocultural de la Isla. Para lograr este fin, se fundan en algunas de las regiones económicamente importantes, las llamadas Diputaciones Patrióticas, consideradas dependencia o filiar de esta Sociedad Económica, las que desempeñaron un papel importante en cada una de las regiones donde fueron creadas. Es por ello, que el presente artículo está dirigido a revelar los antecedentes históricos del surgimiento de la Sociedad Económica de La Habana y su contribución al desarrollo económico y sociocultural alcanzado en Cuba durante la primera mitad del siglo XIX. Se utilizaron en la investigación, los métodos: histórico - lógico, análisis - síntesis e inductivo - deductivo, así como la revisión de documentos históricos, entre otros, los cuales permitieron revelar la destacada labor desarrollada por esta institución de la época.

ABSTRACT At the end of the eighteenth century, the Economic Society of Friends of the country of Havana was founded, a social institution created at the request of illustrious Cuban personalities and intellectuals interested in solving the problems and the delay existing in Cuba. From its beginnings, its objectives were aimed at promoting the economic and sociocultural development of the island. To achieve this aim, they are founded in some of the economically important regions, the so-called patriotic Deputies, considered to be the dependence or filiation of this economic society, which played an important role in each of the regions where were created. That is why this article is aimed at revealing the historical antecedents of the emergence of the Economic Society of Havana and its contribution to the economic and sociocultural development achieved in Cuba during the first half of the nineteenth century. They were used in the research, the methods: historical-logical, analysis-synthesis and inductive-deductive, as well as the revision of historical documents, among others, which allowed to reveal the outstanding work developed by this institution of the time.

School strategy for the social integration of students without included help relative in the Boarding School September 17 in Luanda, Republic de Angola

RESUMEN Las necesidades universales que se abordan en los documentos establecidos por la Organización Regional de la UNESCO, en las Cumbres de los países iberoamericanos, los que orientan y exhortan al trabajo participativo, descentralizado, autónomo, integrador y a la búsqueda científica de respuestas específicas para cada escuela y comunidad, deben ser tenidas en cuenta por cada país. En el caso de Angola, para dar atención a los niños abandonados por las familias, estos se insertan en internados donde conviven con niños que tienen sus familias en la comunidad y deben integrase a la vida de la escuela y la comunidad de forma armónica. El Internado 17 de Septiembre recibe niños sin amparo familiar por diferentes causas y para su ingreso y permanencia, así como su inserción a la sociedad se elabora una estrategia escolar que garantiza la gestión educativa integradora de los procesos institucionales: los procesos de dirección, la dirección del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y la relaciones escuela-familia-comunidad. La estrategia se proyecta en tres etapas: diagnóstico, planificación-ejecución y control-evaluación las cuales se concretan en un sistema de acciones, que se caracterizan por la objetividad, estar en correspondencia con los resultados obtenidos en el diagnóstico y evaluar los objetivos de forma sistémica y sistemática. En su dinámica se deben potenciar la participación en la toma de decisiones, los valores compartidos, la coordinación, la colaboración, así como ejecución del sistema de reuniones, conferencias, talleres y el asesoramiento como forma de preparación de los que participan y un sistema de tareas para la estructura de dirección, profesores, alumnos, padres encargados de la educación y empleadores que favorezca el perfeccionamiento de la gestión educativa y el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos.

ABSTRACT The universal necessities that are approached in the documents settled down by the Regional Organization of the UNESCO, in the Summits of the IberoAmerican countries, those that guide and they exhort to the work autonomous, integrative participative, decentralized, and the scientific search of specific answers for each school and community, they should be kept in mind by each country. In the case of Angola, to give attention to the children abandoned by the families, these they are inserted in boarding schools where they cohabit with children that have their families in the community and they should integrates to the life of the school and the community in a harmonic way. The Boarding School 17 of September receives children without family help for different causes and it stops their entrance and permanency, as well as their insert to the society a school strategy is elaborated that guarantees the integrative educational administration of the institutional processes: the address processes, the address of the teaching-learning process and the relationships school-family-community. RESUMEN El uso de la tecnología implica retos en el proceso de preparación del docente. Las instituciones educativas se enfrentan a la necesidad de encontrar paradigmas educativos que ofrezcan soluciones a las disímiles situaciones en el entorno escolar. La actitud científica de los docentes y el personal que utiliza, con fines educativos, la tecnología, puede hacer posible el progreso. Por lo tanto, esta se presenta como un recurso para alcanzar los objetivos y resolver problemas. Inmersos en las transformaciones que vive la escuela cubana, hacen del uso de materiales videográficos, una herramienta de vital importancia. Estas transformaciones desbordan hacia el entorno de la escuela recursos tecnológicos que facilitan el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Las dificultades existentes en el uso de materiales videográficos están dadas, fundamentalmente, por la desmotivación existente en los profesores para su utilización y esta, a su vez, se debe a la falta de preparación del personal docente para enfrentar el trabajo, la poca disponibilidad de materiales didácticos para su uso en los diferentes momentos del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje educativo en las escuelas para niños con trastornos de la conducta y también a que los materiales didácticos existentes no responden, generalmente, a las necesidades de estos escolares. Es por eso que se hace necesaria proponer una metodología para preparar al docente en la utilización de materiales videográficos en la educación de escolares con trastornos de la conducta.

ABSTRACT The use of the technology implies challenges in the process of preparation of the educational one. The educational institutions face the necessity of finding educational paradigms that you/they offer solutions to the dissimilar situations in the school environment. The scientific attitude of the educational ones and the personnel that it uses, with educational ends, the technology; he/she can make possible the progress. Therefore, this it is presented as a resource to reach the objectives and to solve problems. Inside in the transformations that the Cuban school lives, makes of the use of material videográficos, a tool of vital importance. These transformations overflow toward the environment of the school technological resources that you/they facilitate the teaching-learning process. The existent difficulties in the use of material videográficos are given, fundamentally, for the existent shortage of motivation in the professors for their use and this, in turn, he/she is due to the lack of the educational personnel's preparation to face the work, the little readiness of didactic materials for their use in the different moments of the process of educational teaching-learning in the schools for children with dysfunctions of the behavior and also to that the existent didactic materials don't respond, generally, to the necessities of these scholars. It is for that reason that it becomes necessary to propose a methodology to prepare to the educational one in the use of material videográficos in the education of school with dysfunctions of the behavior.

RESUMEN Lograr la “Educación para Todos”, ha sido una preocupación nacional e internacional. Diversas organizaciones se preocupan y realizan acciones que permitan cumplimentar ese objetivo. Cuba se destaca en contribuir a ese anhelo con políticas educacionales que, además que ser para todos, perfecciona esa esfera tan importante en el desarrollo humano y de la sociedad. El Sistema de Educación cubano tiene entre sus líneas de accionar, la inclusión. No es solo un ideal, sino, una expresión real en la práctica en los diferentes niveles educativos. Mediante el presente artículo se analiza esta temática, teniendo en cuenta fundamentos y objetivos derivados de declaraciones internacionales, como la que plantea el Sistema de las Naciones Unidas.

Quality of life the professional and human improvement of the teachers the infantile education

RESUMEN El presente trabajo está enmarcado en el análisis teórico y metodológico del concepto calidad de vida en el contexto educacional y se establece una relación con el mejoramiento profesional y humano de los profesores, en particular de la Educación Infantil. Se hace una aproximación a aquellas dimensiones que se consideran determinantes biológicas y psicosociales de la calidad de vida, especial énfasis en la salud mental, en los factores psicosociales que la condicionan el estado de salud y se presentan resultados de la aplicación de una escala de salud mental en una muestra de estos profesores.

ABSTRACT The present work is framed in the theoretical and methodological analysis of the concept of quality of life in the educational context and establishes a relation with the professional and human improvement of the teachers, in particular of the Infantile Education. An approximation is made to those dimensions considered as biological and psychosocial determinants of quality of life, with special emphasis on mental health, psychosocial factors that determine health status, and the results of applying a health scale in a sample of these teachers.

RESUMEN Los proyectos institucionales, gestados desde la visión estratégica escolar, constituyen verdaderos instrumentos para la gestión del desarrollo desde referentes científicos. El artículo demuestra una variante que fundamenta el accionar de un proyecto contextualizado en un territorio para el desarrollo científico institucional, el que ha sido configurado durante una década, a partir de materializar la ciencia y la innovación educativa en la solución de problemas profesionales, es así que se pone de manifiesto un avance significativo de los principales indicadores asociados a la gestión científica tales como: actividad científico-investigativa, superación profesional, eficacia del sistema de información, la publicación científica, la introducción, generalización y socialización de los resultados al valorarse el impacto de la relación de la ciencia, cocimiento y sociedad en una comunidad educadora.

ABSTRACT Institutional projects organized from the strategic vision of the school constitute valuable instruments for development management supported in scientific referents. The article provides a variant that supports the implementation of a project contextualized in a given area for the scientific institutional development which has been conceived along a decade from the materialization of science and innovative education to the solution of professional problems. New perspectives for environmental education in Adult Education

RESUMEN El propósito del presente artículo es proponer los objetivos y contenidos que pueden orientar la educación ambiental para el desarrollo sostenible en la Educación de Adultos, en función de la incorporación de nuevas perspectivas en su desarrollo. Una de ellas está relacionada con la preparación del estudiante, de modo que se apropie de las herramientas necesarias para implicarse en la gestión ambiental y, desde esta, se proyecte como un educador, en diferentes escenarios de actuación: la familia, la comunidad y el centro laboral. Otra apunta hacia el perfeccionamiento de la dirección del proceso, en correspondencia con las exigencias que requiere en la actualidad, con las particularidades del estudiante y, a partir de fomentar relaciones significativas en el aprendizaje. De acuerdo con lo anterior, se exponen los objetivos que deben orientar su desarrollo en cada nivel de esta educación; se establecen los conocimientos y temas ambientales a tratar, en provecho de las potencialidades que ofrecen los contenidos de las asignaturas, así como las habilidades, actitudes y valores a desarrollar. Se presentan los pasos que, desde el punto de vista metodológico, debe tener en cuenta el docente para su tratamiento.

ABSTRACT The purpose of the present article is to propose the objectives and contents that can guide the environmental education for the sustainable development in the Education of Adults, in function of the incorporation of new perspectives in its development. One of them is related with the student's preparation, so that he/she appropriates of the necessary tools to be implied in the environmental administration and, from this, be projected as an educator, in different performance scenarios: the family, the community and the labor center. Another points toward the improvement of the address of the process, in correspondence with the demands that it requires at the present time, with the student's particularities and, starting from fomenting significant relationships in the learning. In accordance with the above-mentioned, the objectives are exposed that should guide their development in each level of this education; the knowledge and environmental topics settle down to try, in profit of the potentialities that offer the contents of the subjects, as well as the abilities, attitudes and values to develop. The steps are presented that, from the methodological point of view, he/she should keep in mind the educational one for their treatment.

RESUMEN Ante el reto de educar para la diversidad como consecuencia de la consolidación de sociedades cada vez más heterogéneas, es imprescindible la superación continua del docente en materia de relaciones interpersonales, para responder adecuadamente a las exigencias del contexto educativo de gran diversidad cultural. En contribución a esa necesidad, se diseñó una estrategia de superación para el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los docentes en interculturalidad. Las formas y tecnologías utilizadas desde la teoría de la Educación Avanzada permiten reforzar las potencialidades y superar las debilidades identificadas en los docentes, consolidando el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional.Por tanto, constituye una oportunidad para adecuar su comportamiento y desempeño a las características y exigencias que plantea el contexto educativo actual, potenciar la labor educativa que realizan, mejorar el manejo de las relaciones interpersonales con sus alumnos, el clima socioafectivo, elevar la calidad del proceso docente-educativo y los niveles de profesionalidad.

ABSTRACT At the international level, as a result of the high social unrest and the consolidation of increasingly heterogeneous societies, there is a strong debate about the need to promote positive interactions between different cultural groups, respect, tolerance, dialogue and cooperation framed in a climate of mutual trust and understanding. These are identified by Unesco and other international organizations as the best guarantors of peace and security. Today a characteristic feature of the Latin American School of Medicine (ELAM) is cultural diversity, which complicates the management and satisfaction of the interpersonal relationships that occur in the educational context and generates the need to improve the communicative performance of teachers for interculturality, which seeks to foster equitable interactions, based on respect, recognition and mutual understanding. Hence in this work we reflect on the demand and need for communicative performance for the interculturality of teachers in the Elam.

Study diagnosis of the scientific interdisciplinary formation of the students of half education at the Department of the Tolima, Colombia

RESUMEN La formación científica interdisciplinar es una necesidad actual de la investigación científica ya que es prácticamente imposible indagar un problema sin la integración de los saberes, contar con recursos integrados suficientes y poder actuar desde todos los campos de la ciencia y lograr que los estudiantes de las instituciones educativas sean personas formadas integralmente y con un interés marcado en la investigación científica, comprometidos con el desarrollo social. Sin embargo, uno de los principales elementos desencadenantes de la investigación científica y por lo tanto, su formación, es conocer el estado en el que se encuentra el problema a investigar con vista a su posible solución. En el trabajo que se presenta se realiza un estudio diagnóstico del estado inicial de la formación científica interdisciplinar de los estudiantes de educación media del departamento del Tolima, de la República de Colombia, que parte de la operacionalización de la variable investigativa, lo que permitirá la concreción de qué hacer para solucionar las dificultades detectadas.

ABSTRACT The scientific formation with discipline crossing is since a current necessity of the scientific research it is practically impossible to investigate a problem without the integration of the knowledge, to have integrated enough resources and to be able to act from all the fields of the science and to achieve the students of the educational institutions to be people formed integrally and with an interest marked in the scientific research, committed with the social development. RESUMEN En este artículo se reconoce al trabajo metodológico como vía necesaria y fundamental en la formación de directivos y profesores de Geografía, y consecuentemente, en la elevación de la calidad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje geográfico. Particularmente el artículo está centrado en los fundamentos teóricos, que sustentan una estrategia didáctica que promueve el mejoramiento del desarrollo de la disciplina Geografía en el II Ciclo de la Enseñanza secundaria en Cazenga, Luanda, Angola.

The diagnosis of pedagogical communicative competence in the teaching officers of the high school of war of the Republic of Angola

RESUMEN El diagnóstico de la competencia comunicativa pedagógica en los oficiales docentes de la Escuela Superior de Guerra de la República de Angola, se convierte hoy en una necesidad para la elevación de la calidad del proceso docente educativo en dichas instituciones. En este artículo se identifican las dimensiones e indicadores que posibilitan caracterizar el estado actual de esta compleja variable. Para ello, se utilizaron métodos de nivel teórico, de nivel empírico y estadísticos que posibilitaron diagnosticar las fortalezas y debilidades en relación con el comportamiento de los indicadores de la variable competencia comunicativa pedagógica en los sujetos estudiados.

ABSTRACT The diagnosis of pedagogical communicative competence in the teaching officers of the high School of War of the Republic of Angola, today becomes a necessity for the elevation of the quality of the educational process in these institutions. This article identifies the dimensions and indicators that make it possible to characterize the current state of this complex variable. To this end, we used theoretical level methods, empirical level and statistical that made it possible to diagnose strengths and weaknesses in relation to the behavior of indicators of the variable pedagogical communicative competence in subjects Studied.

Strategies: A systematizing of definitions in the educational field

RESUMEN Por lo general, los libros de metodología de la investigación científica centran su atención en los elementos del diseño teórico-metodológico, el proceso, sus etapas y la elaboración del informe de la investigación, pero no hacen referencia a cómo elaborar la propuesta de la investigación científica. Al revisar las tesis de maestría, doctorado y trabajos de diploma, se aprecia una confusión en el uso del término estrategia, se presentan variantes, pero no siempre se especifica su esencia o no se esclarece las razones de su elección. Este trabajo tiene como objetivos: Sistematizar diferentes definiciones de estrategia en el campo educacional, los elementos relativos al diseño y la elaboración de esta, así como las características que debe tener la investigación para asumir una u otro tipo de estrategia y, además, proponer una definición de estrategia didáctico- metodológica que responda a acciones dirigidas al plano didáctico y al plano metodológico.

ABSTRACT In general, Research Methodology books focus their attention on the elements of the theoretical-methodological design, the process itself, its stages and the writing of research paper but the books do not make reference to how to write a scientific research proposal. A mistreatment of the term strategy has been seen when checking master’s degree, doctorate and diploma paper researchers. In cases, variants of the term are presented without presenting its essence or choice criteria. The present paper has as objectives to systematize different definitions on strategy on the educational field, design features, and the elaboration of the strategy itself as well as the characteristics a research must have in order to assume a particular type of strategy beside of proposing a methodological-didactic strategy that could satisfy actions from the didactic and methodological ground.

The culture of peace and its importance in the citizen formation process of the Colombian educative context

RESUMEN La cultura de paz se forma en un proceso de acción a largo término, establecido sobre principios morales y éticos de reconocimiento universal, que busca sembrar en la mente de los seres humanos, los baluartes de la paz. Educar en cultura de paz y formación ciudadana es un reto para la comunidad educativa, ya que deben ver sus diferentes componentes como una forma de transformar la sociedad, lo cual permitirá al ser humano encontrar soluciones que permitan enfrentar los conflictos sin violencia, con la fuerza necesaria para llegar a soluciones en las que todos resulten ganadores, en una sociedad tan convulsionada como la colombiana. Este artículo tiene por objetivo reflexionar sobre algunos de los retos que se dan en la comunidad educativa en el proceso de formación de la personalidad, en busca de un nuevo tipo de ciudadano, capaz de interactuar, relacionarse con otras personas, respetar las normas de convivencia, conocer sus derechos, cumplir con sus deberes, e insertarse constructivamente en la nueva sociedad. Los procesos pedagógicos que permiten crear una cultura de paz, deberán fomentar el proceso de apropiación de conocimientos relacionados con el territorio, la cultura, el contexto económico y social y la memoria histórica, con el propósito de reconstruir el tejido social, promover la prosperidad general y garantizar la efectividad de los principios, derechos y deberes consagrados en la Constitución Política de Colombia.

ABSTRACT The culture of peace is a large process, which is established based on moral and ethical principles of universal acknowledgement. Educate people under the conception of peace and the development of citizen forming is a challenge or the educative community, because is necessary to consider different components to transform the society, and to find solutions to face conflict without violence, and to get valuable and positive solutions according to the actual convulsive situation of Colombia. This article has the objective to reflect about some issues and challenges of the educative community in the development process of personality, in order to shape a new citizen, capable to interact, and to have relationships with other persons, respect rules of coexistence, to know his- her rights, and duties, and to be educative inserted in a new society. To create a culture of piece, pedagogical processes have to guaranty a process of knowledge acquisition related to territory, culture, the social and economic context as well as history, with the purpose to promote general prosperity and to guaranty the effectiveness of the principles, rights and duties expressed in the Political Constitution of Colombia.

Chemistry History and education bioethical

RESUMEN Es indudable que el conocimiento de la historia y evolución de una ciencia es importante para todos aquellos que, de una forma u otra, deben servirse de ella como instrumento de sus actividades docentes. La Historia de la Química puede y debe servir como herramienta de trabajo que el profesor de esta ciencia debe utilizar en el proceso docente educativo. En el Plan de Estudio de la formación de Licenciados en Educación, en la especialidad de Química, está incluida la asignatura Historia de la Química con la finalidad de contribuir a la formación de una cultura científica general y con un enfoque didáctico que le permitiera establecer estrategias en la enseñanza de la ciencia con vista a lograr una mejor comprensión de los conceptos básicos de la química y una mayor motivación hacia el estudio de la misma en su futura labor docente, en los niveles medio y medio superior. En el presente trabajo se analiza la enseñanza de la Historia de la Química con una nueva mirada desde la contribución de la misma a la Educación Bioética, no solo del futuro profesor de esta ciencia, sino también para cualquier profesional vinculado a la ciencia química. No es intención de esta ponencia hacer un análisis pormenorizado y crítico de las tendencias actuales de esta problemática. El objetivo es revelar las potencialidades de la enseñanza de la Historia de la Química para contribuir a una Educación Bioética de los profesores en formación inicial.

ABSTRACT It is certain that the knowledge of the history and evolution of a science is important for all those that, in a way or other, they should be served as her like instrument of its educational activities. The History of the Chemistry can and it should serve as work tool that the professor of this science should use in the educational educational process. In the Plan of Study of the formation of Graduates in Education, in the specialty of Chemistry, the subject History of the Chemistry is included with the purpose of contributing to the formation of a general scientific culture and with a didactic focus that allowed him to establish strategies in the teaching of the science with view to achieve a better understanding of the basic concepts of the chemistry and a bigger motivation toward the study of the same one in its future educational work, in the levels means and half superior. Presently work is analyzed the teaching of the History of the Chemistry with a new look from the contribution from the same one to the Education Bioethical, not alone of the future professor of this science, but also for any professional linked to the chemical science. It is not intention of this report to make an itemized analysis and critical of the current tendencies of this problem. The objective is to reveal the potentialities of the teaching of the History of the Chemistry to contribute to an Education the professors' Biotical in initial formation.

The pedagogic professional orientation and their development in the Republic of Angola

The importance of the school, the professor and the educational work in the attention to school desertion

RESUMEN La educación es un proceso de socialización, o sea, de preparación del hombre para la vida en sociedad, lo que requiere de aprendizajes muy diversos; de conocimientos, habilidades, normas y valores, que identifican al sujeto como miembro de una comunidad cultural, de un pueblo, de una nación. Es un proceso que se inicia desde el propio nacimiento y continúa a lo largo de toda la vida. Es un proceso de socialización de carácter permanente, dinámico y contradictorio, en el que intervienen múltiples actores denominados agentes y agencias de socialización. Entre los agentes están los padres y familiares más cercanos, los maestros, amigos y vecinos, los líderes de organizaciones sociales y políticas, personalidades públicas y comunicadores sociales. Entre las agencias de socialización están la familia, la escuela, la comunidad, las organizaciones e instituciones y los medios de comunicación. El presente trabajo aborda la importancia de la escuela, el profesor y el trabajo educativo en función de lograr la disminución de la deserción escolar en el contexto educativo colombiano, teniendo como objetivo reflexionar sobre la significación de la escuela y el profesor como agencia y agente educativo, respectivamente y el papel que deben jugar en la disminución de la deserción escolar.

ABSTRACT Education is a socialization process, that is to say, the man's preparation for life in society thatrequires of a very diverse learning, as well as knowledge, abilities, norms and values that identify the fellow as a member of a cultural community, of a town, of a nation. It is a process that begins from the own birth and it continues along a lifetime. It is a of socialization process of a permanent, dynamic and contradictory character, in which multiple actors denominated agents and socialization agencies intervene. Parents and nearer relatives, teachers, friends and neighbors, leaders of social and political organizations, public personalities and social communicators are among the agents. The family, the school, the community, the organizations and institutions and the mass media are among the socialization agencies. The present work approaches the importance of the school, professors and the educational work with the function of achieving the decrease of the school desertion in the Colombian educational context, having as objective to meditate on the significance of the school and the professor as an agency and as an educational agent, and the role that they should play for the decrease of school desertion.
