LA PROFESIONALIZACIÓN DEL PROFESORADO EN EL PROCESO DE GESTIÓN DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN, EN LA UNIVERSIDAD METROPOLITANA DEL ECUADOR

El presente artículo refleja algunas de las acciones que se realizan en la Universidad Metropolitana del Ecuador en función de la profesionalización del claustro, como parte de la preparación de la comunidad universitaria para enfrentar los retos que impone la sociedad a la Educación Superior en el país. Se analizan diversos referentes sobre la preparación del profesorado, desde el Programa Carrera Docente, en particular el desarrollo del proceso de la investigación científica para el logro de estándares superiores, de tal manera que la universidad pueda ascender a la excelencia.

This article reflects some of the actions carried out in the Metropolitan University of Ecuador in function of the professionalization of the professorate as part of the preparation of the university community to face the challenges imposed by society to Higher Education in the country. Are analyzed several referring on the preparation of teachers, from the Teaching Career Program, in particular the development of the process of scientific research for the achievement of higher standards, so that the university can ascend to the excellence.

CARACTERIZACIÓN PEDAGÓGICA DE LOS COMPONENTES Y ELEMENTOS, DEL DISEÑO TUTORIAL, DE CURSOS A DISTANCIA SOBRE PLATAFORMA GESTORAS

La educación a distancia (EAD) es una modalidad educativa que data desde la antigüedad, pero el auge de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC), han potenciado su práctica educativa. El objetivo del presente trabajo es caracterizar los componentes y elementos del diseño tutorial para la mejora continua de los cursos a distancia sobre plataforma gestoras. Se han utilizado métodos del nivel teórico como el histórico lógico y el inductivo deductivo y del nivel empírico el análisis de documento, el análisis estructural y las teorías de las probabilidades. Los resultados fundamentales son la caracterización pedagógica de los componentes del diseño tutorial, la dependencia y movilidad de cada uno de ellos, derivados del análisis estructural y la fórmula que determina la probabilidad de éxito de un curso a distancia según la presencia o ausencia de los mismos. Se ofrece una caracterización pedagógica de aquellos componentes que forman parte del diseño tutorial de un curso a distancia.

Distance Education (EAD) is an educational modality that dates back to ancient times; But that the rise of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have boosted their educational practice. The objective of the present work is to characterize the components and elements of the tutorial design for the continuous improvement of the distance courses on platform managers. Methods of the theoretical level have been used as the logical historical and the deductive inductive and of the empirical level the document analysis, the structural analysis and the theories of the probabilities. The fundamental results were the pedagogical characterization of the components of the tutorial design, as well as the dependence and mobility of each of them derived from the structural analysis and the formula that determines the probability of success of a distance course according to the presence or absence of the same. It can be concluded that a pedagogical characterization of those components that are part of the tutorial design of a distance course is offered.

EL TRABAJO INDEPENDIENTE EN LA ASIGNATURA CONTABILIDAD DE COSTOS DE LA CARRERA DE INGENIERÍA EN GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL

En esta investigación se ofrecen los principales aspectos teóricos del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en la asignatura Contabilidad de Costos en la carrera de Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial, en la Universidad Metropolitana de Ecuador (UMET). En el diagnóstico se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico y empírico para determinar el estado actual del trabajo independiente, facilitando la identificación de las principales regularidades. Contiene las consideraciones metodológicas para su utilización.

This research offers the main theoretical aspects of the teaching-learning process in the subject Accounting for Costs in the Business Management Engineering degree at the Metropolitan University of Ecuador (UMET). In the diagnosis, methods of the theoretical and empirical level were used to determine the current state of the independent work, facilitating the identification of the main regularities. It also contains methodological considerations for its use.

LA INTEGRACIÓN DE HERRAMIENTAS DE GESTIÓN AMBIENTAL COMO PRÁCTICA SOSTENIBLE EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES

A nivel internacional, se han desarrollado un conjunto de herramientas de gestión ambiental aplicables a los productos, los procesos o sistemas de las organizaciones. Las mismas tienen como eje integrador la gestión de los aspectos ambientales para minimizar los riesgos e impactos adversos sobre el medio ambiente, pero que aplicadas de forma individual limitan su alcance, afectan la ecoeficiencia y la sostenibilidad de la organización. A partir de estudios realizados se ha constatado que en las condiciones de la práctica actual de la gestión empresarial, el nivel de desarrollo de la gestión ambiental constituye una limitante para incrementar la ecoeficiencia y avanzar hacia el desarrollo sostenible, lo que se manifiesta en la no integración de sus propias normativas y de otros sistemas. Es objetivo de este trabajo presentar un instrumento metodológico que permite abordar el proceso de integración y que este se estructure a modo de una práctica de sostenibilidad. La metodología, partiendo del modelo ISO 14001:2015, se estructura en ocho pasos en los cuales, se especifican las normas a integrar, los resultados a alcanzar y los métodos y técnicas a aplicar. La misma se puede aplicar a cualquier tipo de organización independientemente de su tamaño, tipo y naturaleza.

A set of tools for environmental management have been internationally developed to be applied to products, processes, and systems of organizations. These tools have as an integrated core idea the management of environmental aspects to minimize the unfavorable risks and impacts to the environment, but if applied individually, the reach is limited. As well, eco-efficiency and organization sustainability are affected. Taking into consideration previous studies conducted, it has been confirmed that in current business management practice conditions the level of development of environmental management is a limitation to increasing eco-efficiency and move forward to sustainable development, which is manifested in the lack of integration present in its regulations, and other systems’ . The objective of this paper is to present a methodological instrument that allows developing an integrated process structured as a sustainability practice. The methodology takes as starting point Model 14001:2015, and is structured in eight steps which specify the regulations to be integrated, the results to be obtained, and the methods and techniques to be used. The methodology can be applied to any type of organization, despite its size and nature.

EL ROL DE LA VINCULACIÓN EN LA INTEGRACIÓN DE LAS FUNCIONES SUSTANTIVAS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD METROPOLITANA DEL ECUADOR

La universidad en su dinámica de funciones sustantivas (la docencia, la investigación y la vinculación con la comunidad) analiza múltiples factores que podrían entorpecer su gestión. El objetivo del presente trabajo científico apunta a la explicación de dicha dinámica, específicamente en la Universidad Metropolitana de Ecuador (UMET), focaliza predominantemente la función de vinculación y establece las relaciones necesarias con las restantes funciones. Toma como pivote significativo las experiencias áulicas en lo que a docencia e investigación concierne, se describen aquellas actividades que favorecen la práctica educativa extramuros y que resultan efectivas en la solución o atenuación de determinados problemas que en la sociedad afloran, como el caso de la asistencia a la comunidad de la etnia Shuar.

The University, in its dynamics of substantive functions, namely teaching, research and linkage with the community, has been driven by multiple factors that could hinder its management. Hence, the objective of the present scientific work points to the explanation of such dynamics, specifically in the Metropolitan University of Ecuador (UMET), focusing predominantly on the function of linkage and establishing the necessary relationships with the other functions inherent to it. Taking as a significant pivot the aulic experiences in teaching and research concerns, also describe those activities that favor educational practice outside the walls and that are effective in solving or attenuating certain problems that arise in society, as is the case Of the assistance to the community of the ethnic Shuar, realized to the effect.

REFLEXIONES ACERCA DE LA FORMACIÓN PSICOPEDAGÓGICA DEL ESTUDIANTE DE EDUCACIÓN INICIAL EN LA UNIVERSIDAD METROPOLITANA DEL ECUADOR

Los desafíos que enfrenta la educación en los momentos actuales apuntan hacia la calidad del proceso educativo, por ello es una necesidad la preparación de los docentes altamente competentes para asumir su encargo social. En este sentido un aspecto significativo es la preparación desde el punto de vista psicopedagógico, que le permita dar respuesta a las crecientes demandas y condiciones cada vez más complejas para asumir su rol como orientador en su práctica pedagógica. En el presente artículo se abordan las consideraciones sobre la formación de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Educación Inicial en la Universidad Metropolitana del Ecuador, se tienen en cuenta como unidades curriculares, asignaturas que contribuyen al desarrollo de competencias para asumir su rol como orientador, de modo que puedan llegar al diseño de estrategias de orientación e intervención, más adecuadas para abordar el proceso educativo en los niños menores de 5 años.

The challenges facing education at the present time point to the quality of the educational process, so it is a necessity the preparation of highly competent teachers to assume their social order. In this sense a significant aspect is the preparation from the psychopedagogical point of view, which allows it to respond to the increasing demands and increasingly complex conditions to assume its role as a guide in its pedagogical practice. This article deals with the considerations about the training of the students of the Career of Initial Education in the Metropolitan University of Ecuador, are taken into account as curricular units, subjects that contribute to the development of competences to assume their role as guiding, So that they can arrive at the design of strategies of orientation and intervention, more adequate to approach the educational process in the children under 5 years.

ESTRATEGIA DE EQUIDAD DE GÉNERO EN EL ENTORNO UNIVERSITARIO

La universidad contemporánea en el Ecuador tiene entre sus objetivos fundamentales la transformación de la sociedad a partir de la política del Buen Vivir que contiene la base de la plurinacionalidad, la interculturalidad y la inclusión. Un significado especial adquiere la equidad de género para la comprensión y el respeto de los derechos de la mujer. En el artículo se definen los conceptos de equidad, equidad de género y su aporte práctico se concreta en la estrategia de equidad de género sustentada en principios para su gestión sobre la base de la igualdad de derechos humanos del hombre y de la mujer. La propuesta que se presenta recoge los elementos necesarios para lograr el objetivo planteado.

The current Ecuadorian university assumes the mission of transforming society based on Good Living and preparation for its understanding on the basis of interculturality, plurinationality and inclusion, in a particular way gender equity acquires meaning for the attainment of attitudes of sensitization, Respect and understanding of women's social rights. The article titled: Gender Equity Strategy in the University Environment contributes to this purpose as it expresses in its theoretical foundations the definition of equity, gender equity, and its practical contribution is concretized in the strategy of gender equity sustained in Principles for its management on the basis of the equal rights of men and women. The results achieved demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposal.

EL MEJORAMIENTO DEL PROCESO DE EVALUACIÓN DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA

La evaluación como componente del proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje centra la atención de directivos, docentes, alumnos y padres, dada su relevancia de dar a conocer los resultados que se alcanzan en la formación del estudiante, la calidad del desempeño del docente y la eficacia del proceso educativo. El presente artículo se sustenta teórico y metodológicamente en la evaluación, ofrece definición, requerimientos, características, tendencias y funciones. La propuesta permitió avanzar en sus aprendizajes, otorga más valor al proceso que al resultado, a fin de favorecer una respuesta acertada en la atención a la diversidad. Los resultados del diagnóstico permitieron conocer que los docentes diseñan las evaluaciones sin considerar la diversidad existente en el aula de la clase regular, las características propias de los estudiantes y sus ritmo y estilo de aprendizaje. Se elaboró una guía didáctica de orientación para el mejoramiento del proceso de evaluación de los estudiantes, dirigida a los docentes de la educación básica, incluye actividades de evaluación según las diferencias individuales.

In order to respond to the problem, a didactic guidance guide was developed for the improvement of the student evaluation process directed at teachers in Basic Education, which includes evaluation activities in response to individual differences.

PROGRAMA DE CAPACITACIÓN A MICROEMPRESARIOS DEL CENTRO HISTÓRICO DE QUITO

Los emprendimientos permiten crear puestos de trabajo estables y de calidad, en las que sus miembros son a la vez propietarios, socios, trabajadores, empresarios y por tanto, participan directamente y de manera colectiva en la gestión de la empresa, creando las bases para un desarrollo personal, laboral y económico social. Se ha logrado constatar por fuentes primarias y secundarias que los procesos tanto comerciales como administrativos empleados por los microempresarios del centro histórico de Quito en sus negocios, no cumplen con sus expectativas, no mejoran su situación frente a la competencia y no satisfacen en la mayoría de los casos sus necesidades y la de sus clientes, lo que les ocasiona bajos ingresos y en ocasiones pérdida del negocio. Una vía para mejorar esta situación, es diseñar procesos periódicos de capacitación, que tributen a mejorar sus estrategias y planes de comercialización de los productos o servicios, sus ingresos y su economía, devolver los recursos de préstamos y garantizar a mediano y largo plazo su crecimiento sostenido. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo, a partir de un diagnóstico de necesidades, establecer un programa de capacitación ofertado por la Universidad Metropolitana del Ecuador, como parte de un proyecto de vinculación de la sociedad, que contribuya a mejorar la capacidad gerencial del microempresario para lograr una buena administración, optimizar sus recursos financieros y lograr la sostenibilidad de los negocios.

Entrepreneurship allows the creation of stable and high post in which its members are owners, partners, workers, and businessmen at the same time. Thus, they actively and collectively participate in enterprise management, and set the bases for a personal, labor and social economic. It has been proven through primary and secondary sources that the commercial and administrative processes applied by small businessmen in the historical center of Quito do not meet their expectations, improve their situation against the competence, or satisfy their clients needs or their own needs in most cases. This leads to low business incomes, and sometimes the failure of the business. Designing periodical training processes in order to contribute to the improvement of their commercialization plans and strategies is an alternative to solve this situation. Furthermore, this alternative will contribute to the improvement of their incomes, and their economy, return the loaned resources, and guarantee their short and long-term sustainable growing. The current paper aims at establishing a training program to be developed by the Metropolitan University of Ecuador,as part of a community outreach project contributing to the improvement of managerial capacities in small businessmen, in order to administrate properly, optimize their financial resources and attain sustainability in business.

LOS MODELOS DE DESARROLLO Y ECUADOR

En el mundo contemporáneo, la creciente intervinculacion de países, con desiguales niveles de desarrollo económico, político, social y cultural, no permite que ninguno, por grande que sea, pueda vivir, sin interactuar y relacionarse con el exterior, al existir tendencias globales que imponen retos y desafíos nuevos. Los niveles de actuación a considerar son complejos en momentos donde viejos paradigmas como la unidad de la Unión Europea (UE) se cuestionan y que despiertan viejas contradicciones nacionales que tienen repercusiones económicas políticas y sociales internacionales a las cuales habría que sumar las incertidumbre creadas desde Estados Unidos y su nuevo presidente que atentan contra los avances en la lucha contra el cambio climático, al promover el uso de los combustibles fósiles, y abren nuevos espacios en la carrera armamentista y mayores interrogantes entre las potencias nucleares y el resto del mundo.

INCLUSIÓN DE LA TECNOLOGÍA MÓVIL DE INFORMACIÓN Y COMUNICACIÓN EDUCATIVA COMO ESTRATEGIA PEDAGÓGICA

En la actualidad la tecnología y sus beneficios tiene importancia en casi todas las áreas de incursión industrial, comercial, ambiental, en el campo educacional, pues la necesidad de este recurso se hace cada vez común, sin embargo, en varios establecimientos educativos aún se mitifica el uso de ciertos objetos electrónicos por causas que faltan a la integridad y procedimiento actitudinal del estudiante, limitan el uso de teléfonos móviles, una herramienta tan versátil. Se pretende formar estrategias pedagógicas como círculos educativos virtuales, dinamización de ciclos educativos, facilidad de distribución de conocimientos maestro-estudiante, entre otros. Con este paso se mejora la forma de incursionar en el proceso pedagógico para reactivar conocimientos tecnológicos en el profesor y causar interés y responsabilidad en el estudiante, reflejado en la demostración con un pleno uso de las TIC y la obtención del máximo beneficio por parte de los ellos. Se incluye tecnología móvil en actividades educativas cotidianas, en establecimientos educativos de diferente índole. Se utilizan metodologías diferenciadas y de fácil acceso con un monitoreo que muestre interés en el mundo del educando como en el del educador, se muestran resultados para tener un ciclo educativo con mayor diversidad y con la inclusión de las TIC, el educando aprende a utilizar responsablemente diferentes tecnologías en su formación personal y profesional.

This is intended to include mobile technology in everyday educational activities, within educational establishments of different types, using differentiated and easily accessible methodologies with a monitoring that shows interest both in the world of the educator and the educator, thus showing Results in the same to have an educational cycle with greater diversity and according to the inclusion of the TIC, in this way the student also learn to use responsibly different technologies that add in their training both personal and professional.

EMPLEABILIDAD E INSERCIÓN LABORAL DE LOS RECIÉN GRADUADOS DE LA CARRERA GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL EN LA UNIVERSIDAD METROPOLITANA

El presente artículo tiene la finalidad de presentar la empleabilidad e inserción laboral de los graduados de la promoción 2014 y 2015, de la carrera Gestión Empresarial de la UMET, permite verificar que los estudiantes obtengan logros y éxito en su vida laboral y profesional, se utiliza el método transversal descriptivo, a través de un cuestionario electrónico bajo la escala de Likert que sirvió para aplicar la regresión PLS-SEM, los resultados demuestran el alto enfoque teórico, la dimensión hacer genera frustración y disminución de la satisfacción laboral. La variable que posee mayor efecto positivo sobre la satisfacción laboral es la dimensión saber cómo, a la hora de responder a las demandas y requerimientos del mercado laboral, se refleja en la satisfacción laboral del graduado, el ingreso de la variable prestigio UMET no presenta un efecto relevante en la generación de satisfacción laboral.

The purpose of this article is to present the employability and job placement of graduates of the 2014 and 2015 promotion of UMET's Business Management course, which will allow UMET students to achieve goals and success in their professional and work life, using the transversal descriptive method, through an electronic questionnaire under the Likert scale that served to apply the PLS-SEM regression, the results show that the high theoretical approach as well as the doing dimension generates frustration and decrease of job satisfaction. As the variable that has a greater positive effect on job satisfaction is the dimension to know how, when responding to the demands and requirements of the labor market and is reflected in the job satisfaction of the graduate as well as the income the variable Prestige UMET does not present a relevant effect on the generation of job satisfaction.

LA FORMACIÓN DE HABILIDADES INVESTIGATIVAS EN LOS ESTUDIANTES A TRAVÉS DEL ESTUDIO DE CASOS

La formación de habilidades para la investigación constituye una prioridad de la investigación formativa en la Universidad Metropolitana del Ecuador, enmarcada en el proyecto de investigación Gestión de la calidad de la educación. Esta experiencia consiste y tiene como objetivo diseñar un estudio de caso integral, para su aplicación en la asignatura Metodología de la Investigación Científica para estudiantes de las carreras de Gestión Empresarial y Ciencias Administrativas y Contable. Como resultado principal se presenta el estudio de caso diseñado, la estrategia para su aplicación y los resultados de la aplicación.

RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS EN EL PROYECTO INTEGRADOR DE LA ASIGNATURA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL EN LA UNIVERSIDAD METROPOLITANA

En la carrera de Sistemas de Información de la Universidad Metropolitana de Ecuador (UMET), se imparte la asignatura Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en el período abril-agosto del año 2017, en el campus La Coruña de Quito se decide incluir la enseñanza de la Programación Lógica y PROLOG como parte del primer tema de la asignatura, debido a que este lenguaje constituye un paradigma de la programación declarativa, de utilidad para comprender otros conceptos de la IA. Este contenido resulta complejo en el proceso, por tal motivo se han desarrollado estrategias de aprendizaje, de manera que se logren mejores resultados académicos y mayor motivación por su estudio. Se presentan experiencias de las autoras, relacionadas con acciones para que los estudiantes de las carreras de Ciencia de la Computación (CC) y de Ingeniería Informática (II) de la Facultad de Matemática, Física y Computación (FMFC) de la Universidad Central Marta Abreu de Las Villas de Cuba respondan a tareas sobre Programación Lógica,que inciden en mejorar la impartición de este contenido, y los estudiantes adquieren habilidades en la resolución de problemas que solucionarán cuando sean profesionales. Parte de estos resultados se introducen en el proyecto integrador de la asignatura IA de la UMET.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a subject is taught in the sixth semester in the Information Systems (IS) major at the Universidad Metropolitana del Ecuador (UMET) in the April-August 2017 semester the topic of Logic Programming and PROLOG programming language on campus La Coruña at Quito was included as the first topic. This decision is made since this language constitutes a paradigm of declarative programming and basis for to the understanding of other concepts of AI. Teaching and understanding this language is complex thereforemany learning strategies to achieve better academic results and greater motivation for studying it has been developed by teachers in IS majors. This article presents the application of results from authors’ practices achievedby doing classroom actions in the AI subject with students of the Computer Science majorin the Universidad Central Marta Abreu of Las Villas de Cuba, answer tasks on Logical Programming. These tasks focus on improving the delivery of this content sothat students acquire skills in solving problems both as students and as future professionalsas well. Part of these results in the integration project of AIin UMETis introduced.

LA EDUCACIÓN ARTÍSTICA EN LA EDUCACIÓN INICIAL.: UN REQUERIMIENTO DE LA FORMACIÓN DEL PROFESIONAL

El paradigma para la formación de las nuevas generaciones se aviva y reconoce en los tiempos actuales en la aspiración de una formación integral sintetizada como contenidos imprescindibles para conocer, entender el mundo y actuar como consecuencias de conductas deseables para el progreso social. En este sentido se debe concebir una educación que admita el derecho a los seres humanos desde sus primeras edades a percibir, valorar y expresar arte como condición social que contribuye a su desarrollo cognitivo, espiritual y axiológico y potencia cultura y conductas creadoras futuras. Este trabajo presenta reflexiones acerca de la importancia de educación artística en la primera infancia, y estudio de la concepción curricular en la formación pedagógica de profesionales para la educación inicial de la Universidad Metropolitana del Ecuador.

The paradigm for the formation of the new generations is vivified and it recognizes in the current times in the aspiration of an integral formation synthesized as indispensable contents to know, to understand the world and to act as consequences of desirable behaviors for the social progress. In this sense an education should be conceived that admits the right to the human beings from its first ages to perceive, to value and to express art like social condition that it contributes to its development cognitive, spiritual and axiology and power culture and future creative behaviors. This work presents reflections about the importance of artistic education in the first childhood, and I study of the curricular conception in the pedagogic formation of professionals for the initial education of the Metropolitan University of the Ecuador.

ENERGÍA EÓLICA Y AEROGENERADORES: ESTUDIO COMPARATIVO DE DIFERENTES VARIANTES PARA EL PERFECCIONAMIENTO DE LAS MULTIPLICADORAS

En la presente investigación se resalta la importancia de las etapas multiplicadoras sobre todo como el elemento que más roturas puede sufrir durante el funcionamiento de los aerogeneradores. La mayoría de las multiplicadoras tradicionales utilizan engranajes helicoidales y por eso el presente trabajo se basa fundamentalmente en sustituir este tipo de engranajes por engranajes bi-helicoidales, precisamente porque estos últimos garantizan minimizar las grandes cargas axiales que se producen y con esto lograr que las fallas en los cojinetes y los dientes de los engranes sean menores. Con los cálculos realizados en el Programa de Diseño de trasmisiones mecánicas KISSsoft-KISSsys se demuestra cómo se puede disminuir el volumen total de las etapas de baja y alta velocidad a más de un 30% en comparación con las multiplicadoras tradicionales.

In the present investigation the importance of the multiplier stages is highlighted, especially as the element that more breaks can suffer during the operation of the wind turbines. Most of the traditional multipliers use helical gears and this work was based mainly on replacing this type of gears with bi-helical gears, precisely because the latter guarantee to minimize the large axial loads that occur and with this to achieve that the failures in the bearings And the teeth of the gears are smaller. MODELO DE FORMACIÓN CONTINUA PEDAGÓGICA PARA LOS DOCENTES DE LA UNIVERSIDAD METROPOLITANA DEL ECUADOR

La presente investigación reconoce la necesidad de transformar el proceso de formación continua de los docentes de la Educación Superior Ecuatoriana, para que responda a las verdaderas necesidades formativas de los docentes y de su contexto. Desde la asunción del método hermenéutico dialéctico y sustentos epistémicos acerca del mencionado proceso formativo y al tener en cuenta que el fortalecimiento, desarrollo y redefinición de dicho proceso permite aportar de manera cardinal a la cualificación de la universidad Metropolitana del Ecuador (UMET) se propone un nuevomodelo de formación continua pedagógica, basado en la competencia gestión de la profesionalización del docente, como eje articulador para el desarrollo de sus competencias académicas, que connota las relaciones entre la evaluación-anticipación, la proyección-conciliación y la intervención-superación profesional. Se tiene en cuenta la delimitación de las situaciones contextuales profesionales y la construcción consensuada de los itinerarios de formación continua pedagógica por cada docente, loque contribuye al mejoramiento de su desempeño profesional.

This research responds to the need to transform the process of continuous training of teachers of Ecuadorian Higher Education, so that it responds to the true training needs of teachers and their context. Since the assumption of the dialectical hermeneutic method and epistemic support for the above mentioned training process and taking into account that the strengthening, development and redefinition of this process will contribute cardinally to the qualification of the Metropolitan University of Ecuador (UMET), a New model of pedagogical continuous training, based on pedagogical competence Management of the professionalization of teachers, as an articulating axis for the development of their pedagogical skills, connoting the relations between evaluation-anticipation, projection-conciliation and intervention-professional improvement, Taking into account the delimitation of contextual professional situations and the consensual construction of the itineraries of continuous pedagogical training by each teacher, which will contribute to the improvement of their professional performance.

ALGUNAS CONSIDERACIONES SOBRE LA ORIENTACIÓN PSICOPEDAGÓGICA FAMILIAR

El presente artículo aborda reflexiones y concepciones para la práctica de la orientación psicopedagógica con la familia de niñas y niños de la educación inicial, emanadas de estudios investigativos sobre el tema y la proyección de actividades de vinculación con la sociedad, que constituyen contenidos de la labor profesional de la carrera Licenciatura en Desarrollo del talento infantil, de la Universidad Metropolitana del Ecuador. Los referentes que se exponen fundamentan la intervención psicopedagógica para vincular a docentes y estudiantes de la carrera en este ámbito profesional como contribución a la política del desarrollo infantil integral, en correspondencia con la propuesta nacional ecuatoriana del Buen Vivir.

LA RESPUESTA A LAS DEMANDAS DE LA SOCIEDAD. RESULTADOS E IMPACTOS DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN Y LA INNOVACIÓN EN LA UNIVERSIDAD METROPOLITANA DEL ECUADOR

El desarrollo de una sociedad se mide, en buena parte, por sus niveles de investigación, avance tecnológico y capacidad de innovación. En este sentido, la universidad es un lugar natural para fomentar estos potenciales: un espacio privilegiado para investigar y comprender mejor qué somos, en qué universo vivimos, o en qué medida nuestra cultura y educación, nuestro pasado y presente influyen en nuestro modo de pensar y actuar. ESTRATEGIA PARA LA FORMACIÓN DE UNA CULTURA DE RESPETO A LAS PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD EN EL ENTORNO UNIVERSITARIO

Las instituciones universitarias ecuatorianas asumen la misión de transformar la sociedad. Para ello resulta necesario la formación integral del profesional, en tanto adquieren significado las actitudes y valores ciudadanos, sustentados en los principios del Buen Vivir y la preparación para su comprensión sobre la base de interculturalidad, plurinacionalidad y la inclusión. El trabajo titulado: Estrategia de formación de una cultura de respeto a las personas con discapacidad en el entorno universitario aporta a tal propósito, en tanto expresa en sus fundamentos teóricos la definición de personas con discapacidad, los cambios que deben producirse en el contexto universitario y los principios que sustentan la concepción estratégica para la formación de una cultura de consideración y respeto a las personas con discapacidad. El trabajo empleó los métodos: analítico- sintético, inductivo - deductivo, el tránsito de lo abstracto a lo concreto y la modelación. Los resultados alcanzados demuestran la efectividad de la propuesta.

The Ecuadorian university institutions assume the mission of transforming society, for it is necessary the integral formation of the professional, while the attitudes and values of citizens, based on the principles of Good Living and the preparation for their understanding on the basis of interculturality, Plurinationality and inclusion. The work entitled: Strategy for the formation of a culture of respect for people with disabilities in the university environment, proposes to this end, as it expresses in its theoretical foundations the definition of persons with disabilities, the changes that must take place in the University context and the principles that underpin the strategic conception for the formation of a culture of consideration and respect for people with disabilities. The work used the methods: analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive, the transition from the abstract to the concrete and the modeling. The results achieved demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposal.

PROYECTO DE CAPACITACIÓN DE EDUCADORES TERAPEUTAS EN EL CENTRO ENIGMA. : BUENAS PRÁCTICAS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD METROPOLITANA

El trabajo aborda las experiencias desarrolladas en la preparación de educadores terapeutas, en el Centro de Educación Especial Enigma, de la Ciudad de Guayaquil, que atiende niñas y niños con Trastornos del Espectro Autista (TEA), de edad temprana, a partir de un proyecto de capacitación, como parte de las tareas pertenecientes a un proyecto de investigación de la Universidad Metropolitana de Ecuador, dirigido a la gestión de la calidad de la educación. En todas sus etapas se concibe la capacitación como un proceso formativo, donde se involucran todos los agentes educativos, y donde cada uno de ellos juega un papel definitivo: educadores terapeutas, alumnos, padres y madres, demás familiares y la comunidad en general. El plan de capacitación se dirige a cuatro áreas fundamentales, a partir del desempeño del personal especializado, que son: Área de enfoque e intervención terapéutica, área de preparación para el trabajo con los sujetos implicados, área de preparación para el proceso de evaluación y área de preparación integrada a los estudios que desarrollan los educadores terapeutas, según los perfiles profesionales. En la medida que se han desarrollado las capacitaciones a los educadores terapeutas se demuestra su influencia e impacto positivo.

The paper deals with the experiences developed with the preparation of therapists educators, in the Enigma Special Education Center of the City of Guayaquil, which serves children diagnose with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), from an early intervention stages, based on a project of training, as a part of the task pertaining to a research project of the Metropolitan University of Ecuador, directed to the Management of the Quality of Education. At all stages, training is received as a formative process, involving all educational agents, and where each one of them plays a definite role: therapist educators, students, parents other relatives and the community in general. The training plan is directed to four area keys based on the performance of specialized personnel, which are: Area of focus and therapeutic intervention, area of preparation for work with the subjects involved, area of preparation for the evaluation process and area of preparation integrated to the studies developed by the therapists educators, according to the professional profiles. The impact of the training develop to the therapist educators demonstrates a positive influence as a result during the children intervention.

LA EVALUACIÓN EDUCATIVA COMO PROCESO HISTÓRICO SOCIAL.: PERSPECTIVAS PARA EL MEJORAMIENTO DE LA CALIDAD DE LOS SISTEMAS EDUCATIVOS

La urgencia de lograr una educación pertinente es una difícil tarea que tiene un nuevo contexto originado por la velocidad de los cambios mundiales, regionales y nacionales en materia de educación. Se hace necesario formular nuevas políticas en correspondencia con las particularidades educativas de los diferentes contextos, para llevar a cabo un proceso que refleje transformaciones. El gran desafío está en que se deben tomar decisiones que partan de profundizar en la trascendencia de la evaluación educativa como proceso histórico social y su repercusión actual en el mejoramiento de la calidad de los sistemas educativos. Este trabajo forma parte de un resultado científico, donde se integran dos proyectos de investigación, desarrollo e innovación, dirigidos a elevar la calidad de la educación, que se ejecutan en la Universidad Metropolitana del Ecuador y la Universidad de Cienfuegos, Cuba.

The urgency to achieve a pertinent education is a difficult task that has a new context originated by the velocity of worldwide,regional changes and nationals on the subject of education.Formulating new policies in mail with the educational particularities of different contexts to accomplish a process,becomes necessary that he show transformations.great defiance is whereon it must be taken decisions they depart from digging into the transcendence of educational evaluation like historic social process and his present-day repercussion in the improvement of quality of educational systems.This work is a part of a worked out scientist,where two fact-finding projects,development and innovation integrate,guided to raise educational quality,that they execute themselves at the University Metropolitana of the Ecuador and to Cienfuegos's University,Cuba.

PENSAMIENTO CRÍTICO Y APRENDIZAJE GRUPAL: VÍA PARA MEJORAR LA COMUNICACIÓN EN ALUMNOS UNIVERSITARIOS

El presente trabajo aborda la interrelación necesaria entre el pensamiento crítico y el aprendizaje grupal, como componente indispensable para perfeccionar la comunicación en alumnos universitarios. El diagnóstico corrobora la existencia de una problemática que ha recibido muy poca atención en investigaciones anteriores. En la actualidad donde los modelos de consumo imponen una forma de vida dedicada en su mayoría al ocio y banalidad entre la juventud se hace cada vez más necesaria la presencia del desarrollo de un pensamiento crítico incentivado y conducido por la educación. El pensamiento crítico debe ser asumido no sólo como una forma de acción, además de ello debe entenderse como el derecho y la capacidad de autonomía. En la educación superior la consolidación de este tipo de pensamiento es crucial debido a las habilidades y experiencias que han ido adquiriendo los individuos en su quehacer cotidiano y al conocimiento incorporado durante etapas anteriores que contribuyen al logro de seres cada vez más sociales.

The present work addresses the necessary interrelationship between critical thinking and group learning, as an essential component to improve communication in university students. The diagnosis corroborates the existence of a problem that has received very little attention in previous research. At present, where the patterns of consumption impose a way of life dedicated mostly to leisure and banality among the youth, it becomes increasingly necessary the presence of the development of critical thinking encouraged and led by education. Critical thinking must be assuming not only as a form of action, but must be understing as the right and the capacity for autonomy. In higher education, the consolidation of this type of thinking is crucial because of the skills and experiences that have been acquiring individuals in their daily work and the knowledge incorporated during previous stages that contribute to the achievement of increasingly social beings.

LA ADAPTACIÓN ESCOLAR EN LOS NIÑOS Y NIÑAS CON PROBLEMAS DE SOBREPROTECCIÓN

El período de adaptación escolar representa un gran reto social, afectivo y psicológico para el niño, durante este período es importante que exista un apoyo entre la institución, las maestras y los padres, de allí que el objetivo de este investigación es describir el proceso de adaptación escolar en los niños con problemas de sobreprotección en la en Centro Educación Inicial de la Escuela Fiscal Mixta "Brethren", ubicado en el sector de Carapungo, del Distrito de Calderón 2. El estudio estuvo enmarcado en una investigación de campo de nivel descriptivo. La población estuvo representada por 43 sujetos: 8 docentes y 35 Padres. La información fue recopilada a través de la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento fueron dos cuestionarios, estructurados cada uno en 15 ítems de alternativas múltiples (siempre, algunas veces, nunca), uno dirigido a los padres y otros a los docentes. El análisis de la información evidenció que que existe una relación directa entre sobreprotección y adaptación escolar que se manifiesta esencialmente del punto de vista afectivo y psicológico por parte de los niños.

The period of school adaptation represents a great social, affective and psychological challenge for the child, during this period it is important that there is support between the institution, the teachers and the parents, hence the objective of this research is to describe the process of School adaptation in children with problems of overprotection in the Early Education Center of the "Brethren" Joint Fiscal School, located in the sector of Carapungo, District of Calderón 2. The study was framed in a field research of descriptive level. The population was represented by 43 subjects: 8 teachers and 35 parents. The information was collected through the survey technique and the instrument was two questionnaires, each structured in 15 items of multiple alternatives (always, sometimes, never), one addressed to parents and others to teachers. The analysis of the information showed that there is a direct relationship between overprotection and school adaptation that is manifested essentially from the emotional and psychological point of view on the part of children.
