Las TIC han afectado significativamente al patrón tradicional de la enseñanza-aprendizaje en los modelos educativos formales y no formales del contexto salud; esta ruptura de paradigma, genera varios cambios, la mayoría positivos, facilitando la asimilación de la información para una adecuada formación profesional y humanística, seleccionando el conocimiento apropiado obtenido de fuentes confiables y serias; este cambio de paradigma también incluye la asignatura bioética, necesaria para la formación integral del equipo profesional que lidera el fortalecimiento de la salud. Esta transición genera cambios conductuales en los roles que cumplen el docente y el dicente; el primero debe adaptarse a su nuevo rol de guía, tutor, orientador; el estudiante, desde una visión de ente activo, debe ser protagonista de su aprendizaje, incrementar su cognición crítica y adquirir la experticia en lo referente a la selección de los conocimientos que suma a su formación. Queda explícito que los entornos virtuales permiten el desarrollo sistémico de la bioética, del humanismo integral en el entorno salud; aporta a las competencias generales y específicas desde lo cognitivo, pasando por lo afectivo y actitudinal, desde una visión antropológica, sociocultural y filosófica. El conectivismo teoría del aprendizaje para la era digital, parte del individuo; dicho conocimiento personal se hace de una red que proporciona información a organizaciones e instituciones, que a su vez retroalimentan información en la misma red, que finalmente termina aportando nuevo aprendizaje al individuo. La aparición de nuevos entornos educativos, basados en las TIC, como los llamados entornos virtuales de aprendizaje, en la mayoría de los docentes y dicentes potencian el aprendizaje colaborativo, avance tecnológico muy importante al servicio de la persona humana, fortaleciendo la disciplina de enseñanza necesaria como es la bioética en el área de la salud.

ICTs have significantly affected the traditional pattern of teaching-learning in the formal and non-formal educational models of the health context; this break of paradigm, generates several changes, the majority positive, facilitating the assimilation of the information for an adequate professional and humanistic training, selecting the appropriate knowledge obtained from reliable and serious sources; This change of paradigm, having covered the health area with great impact, also includes the bioethics subject, necessary for the integral formation of the professional team that leads the strengthening of health. This transition generates behavioral changes in the roles that the teacher plays and says to you; the former must adapt to his new role as guide, tutor, counselor; the student, from a vision of active entity, be the protagonist of their learning, increase their critical cognition and acquire the expertise in relation to the selection of knowledge that adds to their training. It is explicit that virtual environments allow the systemic development of bioethics, of integral humanism in the health environment; contributes to the general and specific competences from the cognitive, through the affective and attitudinal, from an anthropological, sociocultural and philosophical vision.

The connectivism theory of learning for the digital age, part of the individual; said personal knowledge is made of a network that provides information to organizations and institutions, which in turn feedback information into the same network, which finally ends up providing new learning to the individual.
