The possibility to apply new education technologies in the continual training of health professionals giving attention to this pathology of high incidence at present is analyzed. A synchronic at a distance course was designed under the principles of the new telematic computer paradigm that should meet the methodological and content requirements and contribute in some extent to update health professionals in the attention to the asthmatic patient. The design was prepared and carried out in Hypertext Mark Lenguage format for Web pages. This new platform allowed the use of multimedia resources and provided a greater interactivity. The content in the form of hypertext links a flexible and coherent way the information through which those user choosing this advanced model may navigate.
