^les^aSe presenta una serie de consideraciones sobre la necesidad del empleo de lenguajes más efectivos en la organización y representación de la información en los sistemas de información con el objetivo de establecer una comunicación efectiva con sus usuarios y su mayor satisfacción. Se examinan algunas de las ventajas de las nuevas tecnologías. Se reflexiona sobre el porqué de la necesidad del uso de nuevos mecanismos y estrategias de organización y representación de información.
