^les^aSe exponen los fundamentos del pensamiento sistémico, a partir del concepto de organización y de ciertas propuestas para la interpretación del comportamiento organizacional, así como un modelo de cultura organizacional que enriquece y argumenta la propuesta matricial de corte cultural y eficacia organizacional. Se interrelaciona desde el enfoque empresarial, la crisis, la cultura y el cambio, con una perspectiva nueva de abordaje gerencial.^len^aThe basis of the systemic thinking is exposed, as viewed from the concepts of organization and of certain ideas for the interpretation of organizational behaviour. A model of organizational culture is suggested, to enrich the original prevailing proposal of cultural and organizational efficiency. Crisis, culture and change are interrelated, from an executive point of view, to a new perspective of management analysis.
