The paper explores, from a critic point of view, the concept of vulnerability, emphasizing the social vulnerability and trying to debates its utility for the comprehension of Cuban reality, but also its links and possible exchanges with others disciplines. The idea is to recover it, facing the challenges of present days and the evolution of Latin American and Cuban realities and possible futures.
