This paper reports on a case of bilateral zygomatic arhc fracture that was diagnosed and treated at the Maxilofacial Surgery Service of the Manuel Ascunce Domenech Teaching Hospital Camagüey. Selective and treated bilateral zygomatic arch fractures are uncommon-infact, we found but a case in the reviewed literature. Our patients fracture, caused by repeated beating on both sides of the face with a construction bucket, was subject to reduction through temporal path (Guilles technique) under general anesthesia. Both aesthetic and functional outcomes were satisfactory.
