The natural sciences from the perspective of sciencie, technology, society and environment: a respective proposal for the learning of chemistry. Conrado [online]. 2019, vol.15, n.67, pp. 205-212. The present article is a proposal directed towards the articulation of the learning of the Natural Sciences, contextualizing the Chemistry, from the approach science, technology, society and environment. The purpose is to explain how the Science, Technology and Society approach represents a mediation for the teaching of Natural Sciences, particularly Chemistry. Starting from this premise, it is imperative to approach the construction of explanatory models, by understanding three levels of thought proposed by Johnstone, A. H. (2006), for chemical reactions: macroscopic, microscopic and symbolic levels
