Abstract
VITERI BRIONES, Telmo Alberto and VAZQUEZ CEDENO, Silvia. Formative research skills training in students from the comercial engineering major of the administrative sciences faculty at the university of Guayaquil. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2016, vol.8, n.1, pp. 36-44. ISSN 2218-3620.
One of the priorities of the University is to articulate the scientific formative research with the curricula from the beginning of the major studies. This guides the social-academic pertinence of the graduate profile relating it with the guidelines proposed by the state. In Applied Research, the training of the Commercial Engineer finds a fertile field for the validation-evaluation of theoretical and practical knowledge, learning, and skills development. Also the state and the enterprises are benefited. Problem-Based Learning targeted to projects, reorganizes the mental functions in abilities to develop methodological-logical- epistemological elements of judgment, necessary for research, acquiring a research culture, and from there to a scientific culture.
