Thirty patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and applied two cycles of physiotherapeutical treatment based on ultra high frequency, magnetic therapy, massage, vibrators and respiratory exercises at three-month intervals among them. Spirometric values and clinical evolution were compared and satisfactory results were achieved.
