Introduction:
Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of neoplastic colorectal disease presents the same benefits as in the case of other procedures performed by this route. Over the years, the number of patients operated on by this technique is increasing. Despite this, minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of colorectal cancer is not free from postoperative complications.

After the bibliographic review carried out, the main postoperative complications of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer were analyzed.
