ORTEGA SANTOS, Carlos Ernesto; FEBLES RODRIGUEZ, Juan Pedro y ESTRADA SENTI, Vivian. A Strategy towards the Formation of Soft Competences since Early Ages. Rev. Cubana Edu. Superior [online]. 2016, vol.35, n.2, pp. 35-41. ISSN 0257-4314.
The article brings about basic elements and principles of a strategy contributing to the formation of soft competences in the first cycles of basic education. Researches were performed at the Liceo Panamericano in Guayaquil, which has the necessary characteristics for this type of research work; nevertheless, the proposal has a general feature. Either to acquit the data, as well as for defining the basic strategy components, qualitative and quantitative methods were applied, which contributed to design a first version, a valid one in the educational practice. Basically, the strategy represents a synergic combination between formal and informal learning, it is based on the conceptual proposal of invisible learning, and extracts some references from connectivism as a learning theory for the 21st century.
