Resumen
DIAZ SOLIS, Sandra H et al. Analysis of the productive structure and yield behavior of four rice varieties (Oryza sativa L.) from different origins in Ibaraki prefecture, Japan. cultrop [online]. 2013, vol.34, n.1, pp. 42-50. ISSN 0258-5936.
The study was carried out at the Research Experimental Plot (RE1) from Tsukuba International Center (TBIC) located in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, with the objective of analyzing the productive structure and yield of four rice (Oryza sativa L.) varieties of different origin. Treatments correspond to J-104, Bluebonnet-50, Suweon-294 and Nipponbare varieties. Dry matter content and light intensity were determined, also yield and its components were evaluated and the relationship existing between yield and light intensity was analyzed. A Single Classification Variance Analysis and Duncan’s Multiple Range Test were used. Results showed differences between treatments and the indica-japonica variety Suweon-294 presented the best behaviour in the productive structure analysis, while the indica variety J-104 reached the highest yields. The regression between studied variables indicates a direct relationship.
