A review of the medical literature on radiohumeral synostosis, a rare congenital anomaly that may be found alone or associated with other congenital anomalies, was made. A 6-month-old male patient that was attended in our service for having a 45° flexion deformity in both elbows is presented in this paper. The radiohumeral synostosis was radiologically confirmed as the unique disease. His surgical treatment started when he was 2 months old, since the arm-forearm angle was not functional.
