With the aim of increasing the quality of the taching - leaning process of first year students of Nursing CRD Speciality in the discipline human morphology, a pedagogical reseasch was performed with the students of this year corresponding to 1997-1998 courses. For this, theres groups of study were perfomed two experimental and one control. Organization variants in the calendar plan and distribuction of professors by groups were applied results obtained show that it is possible to improve the process quality and its final results through the finishing of the organization of it. Recomendations are made.
