A descriptive, retrospective, cross-sectional study was performed in 50 patients diagnosed and treated for ligamentous lesions of the ankle in Manuel Ascunce Domenech Provincial Teaching Hospital of Camaguey within a period of 2 months. Variables were analyzed: age, sex, classification, mechanism of production, type of treatment used, result and time of incorporation of the patient into society.
