Resumen

MARTIN ROSS, Diana; MUNOZ RODRIGEZ, Maritza; RAMIREZ MILAN, Obdulia  y  ALVAREZ, Roberto. Inmunological approach an effective tolerance. Preliminary study. AMC [online]. 2002, vol.6, suppl.1, pp. 749-756. ISSN 1025-0255.

The organism has different vias for the defense of its integrity, in which the fenomenum of antigenic reactivity plays an important role. It has been shown that the organism capacity for distinguishing its proteins from foreing is adquired during the embryonary development thus, the foreing protein creates in it a customary activity, that is the tolerance to the type of this protein and does not elaborate antibodies against it . This work allows the study of the immunologial tolerance level produced by fatal life; analyzes the immunological approach, as well as the establishementof the period of durability of this tolerance through the acceptance of transplants of of maternal tissue. Eventhough our results are preliminary, we reached to the conclusion that more than 50 % of embryos survined to the manipulation of the immunological approach. The effectiveness of tolerance presented in 77, 7 % of birds and in 66, 7 % of ratas always over 55, 5 %. It should be taken into account the improvement of the technique as a method for achieving a better approach which permits to make clear the enigma of immunological reactions.
