The gigant cell tumor continues being one of the osseous tumors very controversial in its diagnosis and management by orthopedics and pathologists. The objective of this work is to update new concepts and classifications that help us to study this tumor in a rapid, practical and effective way, which allows the improvement of life quality of these sick patients, disminishing complications.
