A patient carrier of terminal chronic kidney failure non filirted in dialytic regimen there times per week during two years in the Nephrology Hospital of Camagüey was described. He received a second kidney transplantation, seven months after having performed aneurypectomy by Crawford´s technique and aorto biliary bypass for presenting aorto iliac aneurysm. On September 2002 the kidney transplantation donor-cadaver in the left branch of the external iliac over the vascular prosthesis was carried out by termino-lateral anastomosis. He is the first case in our pravinee who is performed kidney transplantation over prosthesis in a case group of 365 transplanted: He had a syndrome of slow recovering from the graft, ITU with total recovering and creatinine of 88, 4 mmol discharge. He has been followed up during twelve months and keeps equal function.
