BOUZA JIMENEZ, Yanelka. Medical teaching in environments of massiveness: a challenge to quality. Medisur [online]. 2019, vol.17, n.5, pp. 742-747. Epub 02-Oct-2019. ISSN 1727-897X.
Higher education continues to be in the process of change in the national and international context, determined by the needs of structural and curricular modernization, as well as by the need to respond to social requirements. Massiveness is a strength based on accessibility to the university and is related to equity and equality of rights for all in the training process of the health professional, but, on the other hand, it constitutes a challenge for the system which can directly affect quality in the process of medical teaching. This paper aims to address some guidelines and points of view about the interaction between medical teaching in mass environments and its challenge to increase quality.
