The continuous pedagogical training of teachers must respond to the present needs in the teaching-educational process, which are evidenced in the process of institutional self-evaluation and reflect the strengths and shortcomings of the educational system, those with which it is elaborated the three-year plan for institutional improvement, which sometimes does not have the financial resources to achieve the proposed goals. According to the previous, the pedagogical formation continues with the teachers; the application of the changes required in the classroom practices, and the role of the school, as an institution that trains human beings, capable of facing the challenges of today's society, from their personal, social and work life; they are components that guarantee improvement in educational quality and, above all, human development for Colombia.
