Unemployment in Colombia generates a social crisis where the youth population is directly affected. This situation demands the implementation of state actions and the development of entrepreneurial processes, which mitigate, in some way, the consequences caused by the lack of job opportunities in a scenario of gender inequalities, unfair wages, precarious social security and instability. labor. The situation of unemployment in the country, in recent years, especially after the pandemic and entrepreneurship as a success factor and employment alternative, constitute two aspects analyzed in this work, which assumes as its objective; to substantiate the importance of entrepreneurship as a labor alternative, which requires the preparation of young people with solid human values, which guide them towards good and social benefit.
