The inclusive University must be the space where all students with disabilities are accepted and supported so that they have their educational needs covered and achieve their comprehensive training. This policy covers what the university can and should do with people with disabilities. Assuming the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda at the Cuban University places the scientific community of pedagogy before the challenge of inquiry, contextualization and transformation of the educational system, creating a transformative vision towards economic, social and environmental sustainability, since It is an agenda that puts equality and the dignity of people at the center and calls for a change in our style of development. The present study aims to: Analyze the university educational inclusion in the process of integral formation of the student with disabilities in Matanzas. The results obtained in the application of surveys and interviews showed the need to design personalized academic, labor, investigative and extension actions in coordination with the creation of a Management Group that guarantees support, necessary aid for students with disabilities and pedagogical groups. where they are inserted.
