In this paper, a methodology is designed for calculating and analyzing correlation and concordance, obtained from measurements on equipment which measure the same variables. In addition of the traditional methods, it includes Bland Altman Method and proposes the use of a coefficent of stability to improve its interpretation. The methodology is validated using databases with results of variables obtained with different equipment measurements. With the application of the methodology these analyzes are favored in statistical research and it is demonstrated that Bland Altman Method can be applied in investigations of any type in which the analysis of the concordance is sought and the assumptions of the methodology are fulfilled.
