In this paper, it is reflected about the synergy theory which characterizes this process and it is outlined the orientation of the teaching practices change in Ecuador, based on the demands of the current academic system and the regulations of the university pedagogical and didactic model. The ideas presented are assumed as notes for everyday debate which demands greater teacher participation.
