This research focuses on the analysis of the economic situation of the province of El Oro for the establishment of pricing strategies for mass consumption products. The objective of the present investigation is to determine an appropriate method of pricing for mass consumption products through the situational analysis of the market for the increase of sales volumes in the province of El Oro. The bibliographic sources used for the collection of information about the techniques of pricing have been: Articles of scientific journals and websites with academic relevance. For the preparation of this research, a descriptive methodology has been used through the bibliographic review, focused on the insertion in the economic environment through the use of scientific research.
