This work shows that Cuban fishing companies have the potential to develop through knowledge management, using freshwater species (cyprinids, tilapia and clary) in finished products, with an acceptance in the national and international market. In it, the necessary tools are considered to propose tools that contribute to raising the efficiency and effectiveness of the entity through a system of technological innovation.
