This work is a consequence of the development of Risk Management and Prevention where the events that could impede the fulfillment of the goals of the organization were determined and for its determination methods of analysis, evaluation and risk management norms were used as well as elements of network theory, diffuse cognitive maps (MCD) that helped to clarify the relationship between more impactful risks and the compliance of the paradigms of the organization. The use of concordance statistics, adjacency matrices, as well as relations graphs led to the alignment for taking actions to reduce vulnerabilities towards dangerous events. The use of the UCINET program was a particular feature in the design of risk management, as well as the use of DCM principles. As a result, the pertinent actions were determined to favor compliance with the company's objectives and mitigate the effects of the uncertain and dangerous events that produce the risks.
