The proposal for the formation of teachers in affective educational communication in educational institutions, from the classroom scenario, is based on philosophical, pedagogical, psychological concepts, related to the concepts of these sciences that give scientific sustainability to the strategy of training that is proposed to train teachers in the classroom affectivity. It is manifested in a system of training activities, which have theoretical and practical actions as well as their premises to apply it; the strategy was developed on the basis of the training needs of teachers, and was applied in an Ecuadorian educational institution. With the scientific methods used, the contribution that the training ways used in the way of acting of the selected teachers for the formation process in affective educational communication in the class was proven.
