The present work was designed with the ability to interrelate the ERP tool in the field of education for decision making to improve its academic management and place it at the forefront of other institutions. Materials and methods. A quantitative methodology was used giving it a retrospective approach through the review and analysis of statistical and qualitative information. Positive results were obtained for decision making. The interaction among teachers, students and the community in general is implemented by developing the online registration modules, the referential information system, the evaluation system, complying with the training axes that promote the improvement of the quality of education.
