The current environmental situation that plagues the planet, appeals to the need to raise environmental education for the sustainable development of future generations. For this, it requires the effort and commitment of the different countries by incorporating the principle of curricular transversality in the teaching of environmental education for sustainable development through their educational systems, with the aim of establishing the disciplinary nature. Given that, for the effective treatment of the study of the environment, demand for participation and involvement of all scientific disciplines, with a view from transversality, thus achieving contribute to its understanding, and generate positive positions towards its conservation and care. Multiples causes emphasize that the environment and any environmental situation are very complex. The reasons, although diverse are coincident in the nature of the agents that originate it and in the environmental dynamics itself, including the context under the influence of the population and community that affects it.
