The objective of the article is to evaluate the effect of the VAK training program for handball teaching in primary and secondary school Physical Education (EF) teachers in Peru. The type of study used was quantitative with pre experimental design. For the processing of the data obtained, the Excel and SPSS software was used to corroborate the validity of the study. In addition, inferential statistics was used to determine significance. As a result, the Knowledge dimension was 56.6%, Technical 50.51, and 46.39% Standard, all considered very good. It is concluded that at all levels, calculated t was greater than t tabular; being the value (p <0.01), evidencing that the program significantly impacted the teaching of handball, since it improved Knowledge, Technique and Norms in the teaching of this sport.
