The work presents the experiences and projections for the competitive development of the companies of Cubaron S.A. Corporation. It is based on strategic planning that uses technological management and prospecting in an alliance with Cuban Higher Education institutions, through the preparation of doctors from specialists from the corporation's own companies and postdoctoral actions of the corporation's professionals, already doctorates, in the solution of specific problems that have their genesis in the interest of increasing the competitiveness of companies as a result of which their intangibles are increased. Finally, conclusions are drawn with a vision of the future.
