The present work is the result of the research developed by the autora about conceptions about science, technology and society associated with the process of training professionals in pedagogical careers, in particular, the Bachelor of Education. Biology, from axes that cross the curriculum fused to conceptual nuclei of subjects. Research mitos such as documentary review and empírico techniques were used. The objective is directed towards the theoretical-methodological foundation of the relationship between transversal axes, and subject content nuclei and a change is marked in the didactics of higher education with an emphasis on the process alluded to.
