In the business field, different concepts and strategies are handled to achieve the highest possible benefit for organizations, for which human capital is essential. In this sense, companies must face continuous changes and improvements that allow them to manage the work incentives granted to workers to promote the improvement of organizational performance, staff satisfaction and continuous motivation, in order to meet the objectives, set. In this way, the research aimed to determine the relationship between work incentives and organizational performance in a Peruvian company, where the research was defined as applied, not experimental, correlational-descriptive. The population consisted of 92 workers. For data collection, a questionnaire was used, with 30 propositions, and 5 response possibilities, with a Likert-type scale, referring to the variables work incentives and organizational performance, and the dimensions: results, task fulfillment and effectiveness. The SPSS program was used for data analysis. Correlational analysis was performed with Spearman's Rho statistician. Concluding that there is a relationship between the variables studied work incentives and organizational performance, and that, the higher the level of work incentive, the better the organizational performance.
