The present work is developed in the University of Cienfuegos, with the objective of implementing the system of administration of the quality that, integrated with the strategic project, it contributes to the execution of the standards settled down by the Meeting of National Acreditación (JAN) and within reach of the goals traced in correspondence with the mission and vision projected in the institution. Inside the techniques and used tools he/she is the revision and analysis of documents, the description of processes starting from the use of diagrams of flows and diagram of activities what-who, 5W 1H with the purpose of carrying out proposals of improvements for processes conceived in the proposed administration system.

As fundamental results they are obtained the map of processes of the institution, the documentation of each outstanding process, the design of the administration system that links the focus of administration of the quality and the strategic address.
