The objective of the research was to identify the effects of the intercultural and plurinational management of ethics committees in the universities of Ecuador. A survey was applied to 80 research teachers belonging to the main universities in the central area of Ecuador. The factors analyzed were: contractual law, legal rationality, normative expectations, the ethics of responsibility, modes of orientation, ethics of discourse, ethics as moral reflection, social organization, memberships, social value, plurinationality, and validity. scientific. The results identified that the problems in the institutionality, should prepare processes that strengthen the intercultural and plurinational positions to potentiate the investigation as a duty to be able to stay within the academic plane. It is concluded that research teachers and university ethics committees must integrate the ideological tendencies that are coordinated by specific departments to generate a symbiosis from the educational vision.
