Resumen

MORELL-NAPOLES, Giselle; JULIAN-RICARDO, María Caridad  y  RAMOS-SANCHEZE, Luis B.. Present Times of the Production of Feruloil Esterasa for Solid state Fermentation. RTQ [online]. 2014, vol.34, n.2, pp. 202-214. ISSN 2224-6185.

The production of cellulolytic enzymes has taken a significant importance at the present time in the production of new products in the biopolymers industry, biofuels, nutritious and pharmacist. The main inconvenience for the use of the cellulosic biomass constitutes it the complex crystalline structure, resistant to the hydrolysis that form its main compounds, cellulose, besides the absence of a technology of low cost that competes with the current available commercial enzymes in the market. Recently, has been discovered that the enzyme feruloil esterasa belonging to the group of the hydrolases, constitutes the key to be able to break that barrier and to consent to the available resources of the cellular walls of the plants, acting in way xinergístic with others in a the highly efficient enzymatic complex. The obtaining of this enzyme starting from microorganisms for fermentation has been studied by numerous authors to scale that of bank and pilot presenting deficiencies that have not still been completely resolved and that they impede the design of an efficient technology for the production of this enzyme. In this work is carried out a revision with a view to identifying which the weaknesses and limitations of the fermentation process is a breach that allows tracing a strategy with positive results opening up.

Palabras clave : biomas; feruloil esterase; acid ferulic; solid state fermentation.
