Resumen

CHAMBA, Joao; CAZULL IMBERT, Morayma  y  RODRIGUEZ CHAVEZ, Arleydis. Method for Integrated Management of Technological Transference in Small and Midsize Companies in Angola. Rev retos [online]. 2016, vol.10, n.1, pp. 49-68. ISSN 2306-9155.

A method that allows integrated management of quality-oriented technological transference processes is presented. The aim is to increase innovation capacity of small and midsized Angolan Companies. A case study was made in companies located in Calai, Cuangar, Cuchi, Cuito Kuanavale, Dirico,Mavinga, Menongue, Nancova and Rivungo, in 2014. From a population of 55 252 companies, a sample of 507 companies with 5-100 employees, were chosen. The research methods used were triangulation, participant observation, thorough group interviews, personal statements, and content analysis. The multivariate approach was used for statistical analysis, including the clusters method and factor analysis, using the Statistics Program for Social Sciences, UCINET 6, and Kendall correlation test to arrange opinions and prospective methods like MIC-MAC. The feasibility of the proposal as a methodological tool to optimize decision making in innovation management, anticipation capacity, flexibility, amplitude, profundity, parsimony and its logical consistency, together with tangible and intangible benefits, was demonstrated. It is explained as management innovation that guides technological managers and executives into integrated management. A recommendation is made to widespread the methodological tools as good management practices within the Angolan perspective, and the scope of the National Institute for Small and Midsize Company Support (INAPEM), in order to meet their demands in innovation development.

Palabras clave : integrated management; technology transfer; quality management.
