This article identifies a set of personnel challenges based on the characterization of the situation presented by Higher Education Institutions, highlighting the role of teachers and staff personnel management, in order to fulfill the objective proposed in the analysis of the main factors that affect the labor fluctuation of teachers in these institutions.
