Resumen

CORBERA GOROTIZA, Jorge  y  NAPOLES GARCIA, María C. Effect of the combined inoculation Bradyrhizobium elkanii-MA fungi and the application of a bioestimulator of the vegetable growth in soya (Glycine max (L.) Merrill), to cultivate INCASOY-27. cultrop [online]. 2013, vol.34, n.2, pp. 05-11. ISSN 0258-5936.

On a Lixiviated Red Ferralítico soil of the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences of Cuba, a field experiment was carried out, with the objective of evaluating the effect of the combined inoculation of Bradyrhizobium elkanii and a strain of mycorrhizal fungi, as well as the application of a bioestimulator of the vegetable growth, on the growth and yield of cultivating of soybean INCAsoy-27, sowed in summer time. A design of blocks at random with four repetitions by treatment, which consisted on the inoculation of these microorganisms, in their single and cocktail forms, as well as applying a crop growth biostimulator for two ways to the previous treatments. Treatments controls were also evaluated with mineral fertilization. Results showed a positive effect of the coinoculation of both biofertilizer on soybean cultivar growth and yield, with an increment of the yield between 27,22 and 29,75 %. Lightly superior increments were achieved with the application to this treatment of the crop growth stimulator, without statistical differences among them, those that oscillated between 38,61 and 44,94 % in dependence in the way of application of this product. Treatments where the biostimulant was applied they generally produced a growth and yield from the superior cultivation to its controls, where it was not applied; thus, production increments from 6,21 y 23,20 % were achieved, according to the treatment evaluated, it proving its effectiveness in the stimulation of the vegetable growth for field conditions
