Resumen

Annually a considerable quantity of agricultural residuals takes place, but only a part of this, it is taken advantage of directly for the feeding, leaving a great quantity of waste, which become a potential of environmental contamination. The use of these residuals like half efficient of rational nutriments recycle, by means of their transformation in organic manures it helps to the plants´ growth and it contributes to improve or maintain many properties of the soil. The benefits of the use of organic manures as the Bocashi, are broadly well-known at world level, although the scientific literature isn’t precise on nutritional contained and is not made reference to the existent microbial in these materials. The present bibliographical revision it summarizes some aspects related with the employment of the organic manures, making special emphasis in the development and production of the manures fermented type Bocashi and it’s used in the agriculture
