The Methodology of Organizational Design corresponds to the introduction of organizational forms based on process design, strategy and management by competencies, which are integrated with the systems and information technologies. The design model aims to provide a tool to design a new organization while it is constructed, based on an integrated platform. The application carried out in the Complex of Integrated Technological Investigations (CITI, in its Spanish acronym), demonstrates the feasibility of the methodology under the current conditions and the obtained results endorse the procedures that make it functional for Cuba and adaptable to similar objectives in other countries.
